We had the rubber bottom of our door fixed by another company by accident. We were informed that the Precision Tech who put in a new spring a year earlier was not enough for the weight of our door and that it was a safety issue as it would not stay up on its own if necessary to lift it manually. I called Precision regarding this. The scheduler was very polite and said a tech would come out to evaluate which they were prompt in coming. They accused the other company of tampering with the spring, and made the 2 turns necessary I am told to lighten the door. All was good til they charged the $159 service call charge which did not seem fair.

Jake the technician was amazing! He gave me all my price points so I could decide how much work I wanted to have done today. He did the work necessary as asked but also made sure I understood all that really needed to get fixed at some point. Great experience. Called at 8 A.M and service tech was at my house within an hour. Was very courteous and informative. Basically rebuilt my garage door. Replaced broken Torsion Spring, both pulleys, cables and all of the rollers with bearings. Greased and adjusted everything so all panels were were where they should be. Done!!! Sounds like a brand new door going up and down. Highly recommend this company. Would not hesitate to have them back again.

After I found my garage spring was broken I searched for a company to fix it. I found Precision and was glad I did. They came the next day and fixed everything. Dan S was great to work with and knew his stuff. He explained what he was working on and why. Since he was there I asked about a new opener and he had one along and installed that too. He was clean and courteous and did a great job. Thanks Precision.

I called Precision to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. When Rick arrived he was honest with me and said the garage door did not need a new rubber seal. He said the garage door needed to be adjusted, it wasn't hitting the concrete. It also needed a new bracket for the opener. Rick explained everything to me and was very nice. It didn't take him long to finish the work. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

We had a broken spring and our garage door wouldn't open trapping both cars in inside. We called Precision Door service after a competitor promised to come today and then cancelled. The whole experience was really great. The customer service rep who answered the phone was very professional and knew all the right questions to ask. She was friendly and efficient. She scheduled for same day which made me happy and the tech called earlier than expected. When he arrived, Stu Ellenberger took a look at our garage door and said it needed to be rebuilt. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. The rebuild was cheaper than replacing all the individual parts and came with a longer warranty. Stu and his helper were done in about an hour and half. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I have a door problem I'll be calling here first! Highly recommend them.

We previously had a set of torsion springs installed by Precision and one of them failed a few days ago. We received an immediate response from the dispatcher with a convenient, same day appointment to service.
