We selected Precision to replace our aging garage door due to past experience with the company. About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.

Matthew Berends and Todd Rupprecht did a great job assessing the problem with our garage door, and were extremely quick to fix it. It took Matthew less than an hour to repair our badly damaged garage door, and the price was very reasonable. There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future
