We had Precision out to our house on a Monday for an estimate on replacing a panel on our garage door. We were told we would have an estimate later that day. Followed up 3 times only to finally be told they couldn't replace the panel for our brand of door. If we hadn't followed up 3 times we wouldn't have found out that information. No apology and terrible customer service. I'm in sales and would have no customers if I treated my customers this way.

My garage door spring broke 2 days ago. We looked around for a company to come fix it, and settled on Precision. Their answering service was very easy to talk to and get the appointment scheduled. Colin the technician was super great to work with and explained all the options available to me to fix the door. He did the work very quickly as well and answered any additional questions I had. Super happy with the speed and professionalism of this company and everything is done electronically as far as billing/paying.

BRIAN: I choose Not to give you any star/rating because of your business desires to over-charge. I called on a referral, not seeking preliminary estimate/range of service. I agreed to a $69 fee for a tech to drive here for a quote. We spoke, he gave 3 prices: Full torsion spring & shaft replacement to the existing door @$1000.oo (also plus work @$1250.oo & $1500.oo). I believed each was High Price, but agreed to the lowest dollar repair. Had I done my tele/ homework prior, ie Geis Door @ $272, Hartland Door @ $273, & A-1 Service @ $382 less $75 coupon= $305 (all materials&labor) I believe I am due compensation-You are not Fair - bad business!!

Excellent service. My garage door had been causing problems for quite some time, and I figured it was going to be a major expense to have it repaired. The repair cost was way more than reasonable, and I will certainly rely on this firm if future repairs are needed.

Precision Door did an outstanding job on the garage door installation. The sales rep did a good job explaining the products available. I feel the price paid was fair. The only down side was waiting about 10 weeks to get the door installed. I think the office could of kept us better informed on the status. We ended up calling the office a couple times for an update. Bob

Matt called and said he was ahead of schedule, and could he come earlier; I said yes. When he arrived, he asked me what the problem with the door was. He then did an exam of the door and described the cause and what the solution would be. He explained the trip charge and did an estimate cost of the repair and asked if I agreed to his repairing my garage door. Matt then when to work and the door was fixed in a short time. More signing and a handshake for doing and great job and I got a business card in case I ever needed help again. I choose Matt company because he was located in the city I live in, and the internet showed him as being very close to my house. Matt also petted our dogs instead of just letting them bark at him. They got along fine after that. :-)

Absolutely first class all the way. Something had gone very wrong with our opener and the door was opening and closing on its own, including about every five seconds one night when I finally had to disconnect the power from it. Kendall was there promptly as promised and did a sensational job for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. There is a right way and wrong way to do business. Broken spring on 2/21/23 - day before major storm. Made internet request thru www.reliablegaragedoorpros.com. Had a response received within 15 minutes from Precision Garage Door Service. Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. I gave him the go ahead and he completed all work in a timely manner. Matt was very professional in his communication and his work. Left me with a great impression. I called on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have the service performed in less than 24 hours' time. Our service technician, Matthew, phoned ahead and arrived on time. I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.
