Precision was very quick to meet our needs. There was less than 24 hours from call to repair. The gentlemen completing the repair were very professional, understanding of our needs and very forthright on repairs they were completing. They are the class of this industry.

Excellent customer service all the way around! Jason called before he arrived (same day and earlier than scheduled!), and quickly diagnosed the issue which was old and worn out safety eyes (the sensors that control the drop of the door). He even noticed one of the two light bulbs was dark and discovered a corroded socket which he replaced. Very quick and very efficient, we will be sure to contact Precision the next time we need garage door service! This was our second service call to them.
