My garage door spring broke while we were out of town. We returned and I called to schedule service. Not only was I scheduled for the same day, the technician called about 20 minutes later and was at my house promptly at the beginning of my service window. Mario Velez was friendly, forthright, and efficient in his work. He was polite and thorough in his work and I couldn't believe how easy the whole experience was. Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.

Nobody likes to spend money; however, when I do have to spend it, I want to get a sense of value out of the deal, and I did here. First off, being able to book an appointment 24 hours a day is a great service. Knowing I did not have to call first thing in the morning and hope to get on the schedule really gave me piece of mind. The tech showed up right in the middle of the time window, was professional, and got the job done correctly. I will have no problems recommending them to others in the future.

I have used this company three times and I am very impressed by the quality from service scheduling, technicians and processing invoices/quotes. Service was quick, attempted up sell even quicker. All I needed on a 6 year old door was a new spring, after less than one minute the tech determined I need spring, rollers, cables and bearings to the tune of $900. Only the spring was replace and when door didn't close the whole way the tech recommended I needed parts for the opener( $189 )that was working fine just minutes before. I repaired the opener for $0.

FIRST TIME I USED PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY EVEN CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD SHOW UP A LITTLE EARLY, HECK YEAH. Service was excellent - The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done. I hesitated giving a 5 since I felt the price of the parts were on the high side, but since I don't really know the going price - I stuck with the 5.
