We thought we needed repair on our garage door but ended up with new opener and so happy we did. Our old one was the original when the house was built in 1994 and made so much noise, it sounded like it was going to fall down. The new one is almost silent!! The two young men were so knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We had a great time talking to them, as well. We found an ad in our little neighborhood phone book and got an appointment on the same day I called. I went online, read the reviews and made me decide to use this company. I give these two young men a score of 10+!! Thank you for the great job guys, we love the new opener!!

The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

For the past couple days, I was looking for a company that has really good reviews. Google is so easy. Then I came across this company and I knew it was the one I would use. I called Monday morning and by early noon Colin was at my door ready to work! He talked to me through two different options. I chose the one that worked best for me. I had a broken spring, so there were wires sticking out everywhere. I also had issues with my garage door roller coming off the track. He fixed them and more and got everything looking new again! So happy to be able to pull my car in garage knowing that snow is coming again! Thank you Colin you made this easy for me.

We reached out around 1 (which the chat system was VERY prompt in responding) in the afternoon and Jake Roszina was there about 2 hours later, which is within the time frame we were given. Jake was very knowledgeable about product and professional. Would highly recommend him in future services needed. Wasn't a pushy salesman. We needed the sensors replaced which was done very quickly. We experienced excellent service. Our garage door opener broke this morning so at 7:30 a.m. I chatted online with a customer service agent who scheduled same-day service. The technician came out and gave me a few different options and a price for each. He had the new opener installed in about an hour and then went over the details of how everything worked. I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise.
