Derrick was very informative and kind. He called to say when he would arrive. He came to check the tension on door. I asked questions and he explained and showed me just how to lubricate door. I'm a very visual person and I appreciated him showing just how to do things. I wrote notes before he left so I will know how to do this next spring. We have had Precision repair our large garage door when the spring broke and were very happy with their service. And now years later our smaller garage door failed. I knew exactly who we should call.
