Review:

Let me start by saying that your technician was timely, professional and appeared to have our best interest in hand. After acknowledging that the particular equipment at or facility was more on the commercial garage door side and that your group typically does not work on this type of equipment he agreed to try and trouble shoot and make a referral to the correct service if needed. After reviewing our unit he determined that our problem was a misplaced sensor, made the adjustment and was on his way after testing the unit several times. One of your competitors, who's name is actually affixed to our equipment told me the day before your group arrived that the garage opener was shot and needed replacing which would have cost us $100's more than the service call your group performed, shame on them. Thank you and we will definately use you in the future!

I feel like it was merely false advertising over the phone vs when the technician can out. The quote on the phone was $225-350. In person price was $1100-$1900, totally unexpected. My time was wasted and money spent on travel was unnecessarily wasted as well! Very disappointed!

They did a nice job, but had hidden fees that I didn’t see until they left. There’s a $70 trip charge, just so they get paid to take your money then they pile on an “environmental fee” on top of all the marked up parts and labor. I need a new overhead door, I think I’ll be shopping around more.

I had Precision work on my garage in Brown Deer and they did a great job. When my tenant called and informed me about the garage door falling off the tracks, Precision was the first company I called. The installer who did the job was very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process when he was complete with his work. i would recommend Tom anytime because his work speaks for itself. The garage looks great with a new look. I would give Tom a 5 for his professional work and how he presented himself to me and my tenant.
