Derrick was very professional and helpful. He provided the advice that I needed to make a decision regarding my older garage door which had rusted out at the bottom. He first checked my door to see if he could find information left by the previous company who installed the door. No information was available, so he could not proceed with repair, but he gave a suggestion on what I needed to do to find current information about this model to see if the bottom panel could be matched. He also gave helpful ideas regarding how to avoid weather damage to the door during winter months.

Tremendous service! Our opener failed and we had them come out the next morning. The tech (Kurt) examined the door and gave three options. He then did the repairs requested. He was friendly and efficient. I will call Precision again if we have any other problems.

I called on Wednesday of this week and had an appointment locked in right away for Friday. Our technician called promptly at 8, as promised, and gave an ETA of 30 minutes. He was right on time. Smart and courteous! Jacob was done by noon, presented a very reasonable bill considering the amount of work to be done. We are extremely pleased with Precision Doors and will call again when we have garage door needs.

One of my garage springs broke on the week-end. The service man, Derek, arrived at my home two hours after my call in. Derek was the three Ps, precise, professional and polite. He walked me through the things that needed replacement and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. He completed the installation of two new springs, 3 new bearings in the spools, new cables, new bottom cable attachment hardware, and balanced the door in about 1 1/2 hours. This was exceptional service and thoroughness. I highly recommend Precision for servicing and/or replacing your garage spring system. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it.
