Great Service. Called on Friday afternoon. Our technician Mike was there the next morning, during Labor Day weekend! He was on time, professional, helpful and very pleasant. He explained the issue and what he would recommend to fix our garage door. We discussed the condition of the door and he felt the door was fine, we just needed a new spring and all components. He replaced those and finished the job quickly. We would definitely recommend and use Precision again. Thank you.

Selected because of good reviews, and was not disappointed. Service was prompt, and the technician was very good. He was polite, explained everything, even though it was near the end of a long day. He replaced a gear, and I was impressed with how he went over the whole unit including door, opener, cables, rollers, etc., even how the door seats on the ground and made sure everything worked perfectly. I give the service call 5 stars.

Called in the late afternoon and was given the first appointment the next day. Mike arrived right on time, was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole process was a breeze and completed much faster than I had anticipated. Mike made sure I was informed of the condition of the door and assembly and never tried to "Up-sell" any parts or service. I truly appreciate that. He made sure I was 110 percent satisfied with the repair and that the door worked liked new when he was done. Truly great service.

I could not have been more satisfied or impressed with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring & cables broke on Friday at 4:45p.m. I called 2 other garage door services and one returned my call Saturday morning & Overhead Door Service who installed both of my garage doors has yet to call me back. When I called Precision I had an appointment set up within 15 min for between 6-9 p.pm. Friday evening. Joe Maenner was at my home at 8:30 p.m. He was so professional, knowledgeable & polite plus a good salesman he sold me a package I probably didn't need but now I can be assured the door has been repaired right. I can not say how much I liked & appreciated Joe. I have been a Realtor for 34 yrs and I will be emailing all of my Colleagues about Precision and Joe. Thanks, Patricia P.S. Found you in the yellow pages after a cable broke on my garage door, like the fact that you listed the flat amount charged for the service call. It was very easy to call and schedule my appointment and was told my Service Technician's name. I also liked receiving the e-mail confirmation. Rob Larson was very courteous and professional. He described/explained all of my options. He replaced pretty much all of the moving parts except the garage door. My garage door opener had seen better days; it was nice he had one on hand to install. I highly recommend Precision!

This was a needed "return" call on May 16, since the garage door mechanism was originally repaired on April 18. I called at 9 am, an appt.was quickly made at Dane County number, for 12 noon to 2. Joe and Rob showed up right on 12, and had the door working by 12:30 (electrical connection). Great service!
