Had a great experience, exceeded expectations, all the garage door issues were addressed and resolved. This was a Saturday same day appointment, no emergency charge. The tech, Mario, was at the house approx. 2 hours ahead of schedule...excellent! The garage door was in need of some major TLC, more than just springs. Mario assessed and explained everything, gave me some options and went to work on it. For the amount of work the door needed, Mario had it completed way sooner than I anticipated. Really happy with the whole experience. If every company/business had someone like Mario representing them, there would be a lot of 5 star reviews out there.

After my garage door cable snapped, I called Precision because I had used them before. I called on Monday and Jaxs was at my home the next day at 8 am. He was professional and friendly and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He showed me photos to detail the problem with my door and the repairs needed. He also was honest with me and told me I did not need a new garage door nor did I need to replace the springs at this time. I was 100% satisfied with Jaxs and the service he provided. I will definitely call Precision again when I have an issue with my garage door and I highly recommend them.

Was glad Precision was able to have someone come out and look at my garage door quickly as it would not open. Called around 5pm and someone was there by 11am the next day. Mario arrived early in the designated time frame and he was great! He inspected the garage door and recommended different options of what he could do along with the cost of each option. He replaced my garage door opener in a timely manner and when he was done went over everything that was installed and how everything worked.

From the moment I contacted Precision till the job was done the experience was pleasant. The door(springs) broke while we were leaving on a Saturday morning. We were visiting our son when we needed to call for garage door replacement. Didn't know who to call, but got lucky when we called Precision. Awesome people from the person answering our call to the installers. Install and product were of great quality. When more work needed to be done months later there was no hesitation on who to call. Precision did not fail us. We weren't visiting at the time so everything was done by phone call. They kept us informed on repairs and did another fantastic service. Great communication especially being we are out of the area. Kudos to the whole staff at Precision!!

8/14/24, 6:45am CST: I went to open my garage door, on my way to breakfast and the spring broke. It’s an 18ft door and was very heavy to open on my own, so I had to get a ride with a friend. 8/14/24, 8am : I called Precision Door and was told a tech would be here between noon and 4pm. 8/14/24, 10:38am: Technician Ahmad Perkins called and said he would be over in 6 minutes and he was. Very impressed. 8/14/24, 12pm: Garage door springs and bearings replaced, garage door lubed, verified operations and readjusted door to open and close more smoothly. COMPLETE. Technician Ahmad Perkins arrived and greeted me and my 120 pound Great Dane, who was excited to see him and followed him around most of the time. He explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and gave the estimate. I agreed and he was done in a short time. I appreciate the fast turn-around, the skill set of the tech to ID the issue and then show me what caused the spring to break. Ahmad is an excellent technician with the skills needed and the customer service required to recommend Precision and give them 5 stars.

Brian, I just wanted to say Jake represents your company very well you couldn't find a better guy. He was honest professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Precision Door Service came out in the same day to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. Kurt Schneider was the repair tech that fixed my problem.
