We were visiting our son when we needed to call for garage door replacement. Didn't know who to call, but got lucky when we called Precision. Awesome people from the person answering our call to the installers. Install and product were of great quality. When more work needed to be done months later there was no hesitation on who to call. Precision did not fail us. We weren't visiting at the time so everything was done by phone call. They kept us informed on repairs and did another fantastic service. Great communication especially being we are out of the area. Kudos to the whole staff at Precision!!

8/14/24, 6:45am CST: I went to open my garage door, on my way to breakfast and the spring broke. It’s an 18ft door and was very heavy to open on my own, so I had to get a ride with a friend. 8/14/24, 8am : I called Precision Door and was told a tech would be here between noon and 4pm. 8/14/24, 10:38am: Technician Ahmad Perkins called and said he would be over in 6 minutes and he was. Very impressed. 8/14/24, 12pm: Garage door springs and bearings replaced, garage door lubed, verified operations and readjusted door to open and close more smoothly. COMPLETE. Technician Ahmad Perkins arrived and greeted me and my 120 pound Great Dane, who was excited to see him and followed him around most of the time. He explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and gave the estimate. I agreed and he was done in a short time. I appreciate the fast turn-around, the skill set of the tech to ID the issue and then show me what caused the spring to break. Ahmad is an excellent technician with the skills needed and the customer service required to recommend Precision and give them 5 stars.

I had a garage door spring break late on Friday. I called Friday night and they sent somebody out Saturday morning. First thing. Collin did exceptional job on repairing my garage door and explaining all my options at the time I was very pleased with the professionalism and the work that Colin had done, I would recommend precision door company to all my friends for their garage door repairs thanks again Colin

Have used them over the 35 years in our house. They are reasonably priced, same day or next day service and on time. Our technician Aaron was very good, explained repairs and was done when he said it would be done. Garage worked great when he finished. We highly recommend them.

Quick response time, technician Jacob explained everything really well. answered all questions that we had in an easy to understand way. Very personable, polite, respectful of property. Brian, I just wanted to say Jake represents your company very well you couldn't find a better guy. He was honest professional and knew exactly what the problem was. His quick response was amazing he was very efficient and did a great job. I am so happy we now have garage doors that are quiet and open and close with the remotes. Matt was awesome…. His communication and ability to work independently around my schedule was appreciated. Precision Door Service came out in the same day to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. Kurt Schneider was the repair tech that fixed my problem. He explained in detail what was wrong with my problem and what the repair would be. He completed the repair in the timeframe that he quoted. Garage door is working great since the repair. Your technicians called before they arrived. When they showed up one man did the estimate. Then when I decided what serive they would perform, one person did ALL the work. The other person sat in the truck and did NOTHING! Thought this was very inefficient, may have been able to complete the work faster if both persons had been working on the fix. Work was done well and am happy with the completed job. Will recommend your service to anyone who needs work.

We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!
