Your technicians called before they arrived. When they showed up one man did the estimate. Then when I decided what serive they would perform, one person did ALL the work. The other person sat in the truck and did NOTHING! Thought this was very inefficient, may have been able to complete the work faster if both persons had been working on the fix. Work was done well and am happy with the completed job. Will recommend your service to anyone who needs work.

We called Precision based on their Muskego phone book ad. Dan the service man came the next day. He quickly found the problem, a badly worn motor gear caused by an out of balance door spring problem. 2 car Door was 15 years old. He gave us a price to replace the opener, springs, & end bearings. It was reasonable. Dan was very efficient & cleaned up when he finished. I was very satisfied.

Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!

This was the best service call I've ever experienced for my house. To start, this company was a referral from a friend who was a very happy customer and now I am too. I called after a Holiday weekend and was able to get same day service. The website was great. The Technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but also taught me about the door and routine maintenance that I'll be able to do myself. Outstanding and well done job. These are the only people I'm ever calling again for garage door issues.

The technician did a very good job. He even stayed to reset the sensors when I couldn't get it to close because of the sun. My only negative comment was that he didn't tell me there were 2 springs and the cost really surprised me. I told him I was taking back the cookies I gave him - just kidding!

Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. From now on I will only call you folks if I am having garage door issues or need service. THANKS!!
