When we suddenly had to remove our garage door opener in 2024, we called two business based on Valpack coupons & checked customer reviews. We were in a panic & liked what we read about Precision. We called both businesses & Precision was able to come out that day. So, on a Sunday when the spring broke on our garage door, we called Precision & they were here in less than 2 hours. It's all about price, timing & good customer service. Precision checked all 3 boxes.

Garage door worked fine but small pieces of plastic appearing on track rollers and floor. I gave it a hard once over but couldn't find anything. Called Precision as the previously serviced door ( springs, cables rollers) and did great professional work, Service on this call done by Colin very knowledgeable and professional. Spent almost 30 minutes checking door, track, rollers and operator and found door in great operating shape. While he was up on ladder I saw what we believe to be the culprit a Styrofoam kit board up in rafters that someone had been chewing on. I'll blow out garage but I think although a strange problem Colin Fixed my door problem.

That was an amazing experience. Same day service for our broken garage door spring. Michael Jasso did an amazing job on the repairs, and giving us an education on proper care for the garage door in general. He was extremely professional, cleaned up after he was done, discussed all charges before doing the work, asked our opinion on the services offered, and was very efficient. I highly recommend this company! I can not say that about some of the competition.

Daniel was courteous and professional when he came out to install new springs in our garage door. He walked me through the inspection he was doing and explained to me the wear points and options available for replacing parts. When complete he showed me the removed worn parts next to the new parts so that I could see why they were ready to be replaced.

A bit expensive when all is said and done. I could've probably gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I had would have to schedule the appointment for two days out. My garage door was stuck open and needed same day service. The three stars are all for Harris. He was awesome, quick, and efficient!

I had the electronic eyes on my single door replaced. The techs did a great job. However, after the work they only checked the operation on the door they worked on. If they had checked the operation of the double door they would have seen it did not work. The electric eye next to the door they worked on was knocked out of alignment thus the door would not close. I have played with that eye several times and have it working, but it is still giving me trouble. I have never had problem with the eyes on the double door until now. (That door was installed 16 years ago.)

The website looked very professional and the repairman called and arrived earlier and was very courteous. I declined the "extras" and opted for the better quality spring quoted at $169 installed. Someone should have indicated that it is $169 times two springs and then a $50 service charge for a total of $402. I called the manager Karen and was informed that the repair could be done with the cheaper springs......which the technician did without a complaint. I called back all the estimates I got yesterday to make sure they included BOTH springs and YES for $200 to $250 total with a TEN year warranty. Don't expect customers to know when you say $169 installed that it means twice that and another $50 for service. Sorry for the one star guys. When someone tells me its a broken spring.....I assume its one broken spring.

One star? Why? You may ask. My only answer can only be, greed! I just purchased this residence and was told by the seller that one of the garage door openers was broken. It had a new battery but it still didn't work. So i "googled" your business name, got the phone number and called. I explained to the receptionist what was wrong and was looking for some advice. She insisted that a technician would have to come and diagnose and repair the problem. Your technician arrived in a timely manner. he was very polite, friendly, etc. I explained what was wrong to him. He asked for the remote, pushed a button on the opener unit and pushed the button on the remote and told me the problem was solved as he had just re-programmed the remote. THAT simple act cost me $84.95. That little problem probably is very common. I used to live in Washington Co. but left for 12 years. I guess I'll have to shop around in the future and stay away from Menomonee Falls. By the way, I will give your Technician 5 stars as he seemed like a "stand up guy".

Ken was professional and quick. He found bad side brackets and offered to replace those too. Job took him 1 hour on a cold Friday night. I was a bit disappointed in the $65 charge for each of the bracket mounts.

Mike did an excellent job taking care of the problem with the garage door. He inspected the rollers and bearings along with replacing the broken spring.
