I chose Precision based on your web page. You provide DIY videos on how to maintain your garage door instead of calling a company for service. It showed me that regular maintenance can extend the life of the door, what to look for to catch a problem early, and showed me how to do a repair allowing me to determine if I should call or do it myself. Since my door was over 10 years old and I was able to determine what was wrong whit the door based on your videos and showed me that I needed someone to come out. Making the appointment was so simple and quick. When I called, I thought I would be scheduling for several weeks out, not the same day. Your employee contacted me to ask if he could come early which surprised me. He arrived listened to my concerns, inspected the door and informed me what was wrong and told me that the springs were in good shape but at the end of their lief expectancy and I should start budgeting for new ones in the future. There was no pressure to have any service done that was not needed at that time. He was also very professional and polite taking time to explain every step. Not only was I scheduled for the same day, the technician called about 20 minutes later and was at my house promptly at the beginning of my service window. My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment to the actual service. The lady I spoke to when making the appointment was very nice and made the appointment with ease. On the day of my appointment, my technician Matthew B was on time and very very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing. He changed my battery, programmed my keypad and explained what all he did when he was done. He was very personable. In this day and age when customer service isn’t the greatest, I was wowed! Like most people, I wasn't expecting to need a garage door repair but the spring had other ideas. I have seen the Precision commercials and also had seen some of their trucks in my neighborhood recently. I visited the website and booked the appointment. Very simple.
