I’ve used them before and got great service. Today we were helped by Mathew and he’s a super nice guy who would make you happy if your daughter brought him to Thanksgiving dinner. He replaced our 21 year old opener with one that includes battery backup for power outages, it has a camera, and I think Mathew said that it can make me a cappuccino in the morning. We are happy and satisfied and Mathew is an excellent service technician

I chose Precision based on your web page. You provide DIY videos on how to maintain your garage door instead of calling a company for service. It showed me that regular maintenance can extend the life of the door, what to look for to catch a problem early, and showed me how to do a repair allowing me to determine if I should call or do it myself. Since my door was over 10 years old and I was able to determine what was wrong whit the door based on your videos and showed me that I needed someone to come out. Making the appointment was so simple and quick. When I called, I thought I would be scheduling for several weeks out, not the same day. Your employee contacted me to ask if he could come early which surprised me. He arrived listened to my concerns, inspected the door and informed me what was wrong and told me that the springs were in good shape but at the end of their lief expectancy and I should start budgeting for new ones in the future. There was no pressure to have any service done that was not needed at that time. He was also very professional and polite taking time to explain every step.
