My son-in-law just used Precision earlier this year when the spring broke on his opener and was happy with the work, so when my opener was acting up I decided to use the same company. Jake was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me different options on what could be done to fix the problems and finished the work promptly. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges, springs and track.

Excellent experience from my first call to make an inquiry. I was able to get an appointment a couple hours later and the technician showed up on time. He was well informed and after a thorough survey assessed my issue and provided me with alternative solutions. The work was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Ease of scheduling, instant availability and online coupon were super. And my technician, Ahmad, was very pleasant, informative and great to work with. He offered solutions and helped me determine which were most important to perform now, vs. possibly later. It was not a hard sell, but thoughtful. Struts were installed and brackets replaced. Our door now opens without issue and is quiet. All within less than an hour! I would definitely recommend their services, and offer kudos to Ahmad for his communication skills, kindness and excellent customer service.

My garage door only opens about one third of the way, but only when the outside temperature is below 25*. The technician made some adjustments so that it works for now. He also quoted me and informed me of the options. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be contacting your office to discuss replacing the current opener with your top model. I’m going on vacation next week so after I return, I will have your company to have the work done. One of the other companies I called didn’t have the time or energy to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. I give you six stars out of five.

I've had this garage door installed in 2007 and I've kept up on the maintenance over the years but this year 2025 one of the torsion springs broke. Not bad after 18 years for something that has a basic life expectancy of about 10 years. I had researched PRECISION GARAGE and gave them a call on Sunday evening and made an appointment for next day. I was updated with information on the time they would show, and I received a call from the technician about 30 minutes prior to showing up. He was coming from Milwaukee to Trevor, WI. and showed up punctually. Ahmad Perkins was the technician, after a short discussion on the maintenance and what was going to be done, he resolved the maintenance in short order. I'm a technician for 25 years in the USAF, and a Harley Tech too. Thus, watching and talking to Ahmad, about the process I was extremely satisfied of his work and for a few of the upgrades for this 339lbs door! The items replaced (torsion springs, cable drums, bearing supports and new sealed rollers) needed to be done in my mind. This door now is so much better than when it was new. Very quiet and smooth and I feel confident with the maintenance I do it will outlast me. Thanks, to PRECISION GRAGE DOOR and to Technician Ahmad Perkins.

I requested a garage tune up and Mario showed up and he was very professional and had a great sense of humor. He just inspected my garage and did a general tune up and I was pleased with everything so I would give Precision 5 stars based on my experience today.
