Service tech arrived within the time window and called ahead he was on way. He checked our current door, opener and parts and said he could do the 25 pt inspection and if we wanted a new opener for our current door...he gave all prices of models and cost of everything and that he could do all work today. He completed the entire job in a timely manner and said that our door..springs etc were all in good shape for a new opener. Very polite service tech and he answered all my questions. I will recommend to friends about Precision Door Service. As they say on tv..no doors should be noisy..now this one is super quiet. Thanks

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door after researching other companies listed on the Internet. Then I just happened to catch a well-produced television commercial about Precision! I was very pleased and impressed with the work of Technician Ahmad Perkins who fixed my aging garage door by replacing the springs, door opener and several other out dated parts. A true professional, Ahmad took the time to answer all my questions as well as engage in some very interesting conversation. When he left I felt like I had just made a new friend! My spring broke at 9:30pm at night- I was able to book an appointment for 10am the next morning. The technician called mat at 8am, saying he was ahead of schedule, if I was home he could come right over. My whole problem was fixed within an hour, and no additional fees for it being the weekend. The technician provided all the details, answered all my questions, and left everything clean and in working order. I would absolutely recommend Precision again. I was very happy with the service and communication from the tech and the company as a whole.

I was very impressed to get this white glove service which nowadays are nonexistence. I reached out to Precision because it's veteran owned. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I found the culprit Saturday morning when I couldn't get out of my garage. I was worried because it was a Saturday, not knowing if we needed to wait until Monday. There was a Saturday opening. Mario showed up and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . After several years the opener failed on Sunday. Called Precision at 6:46am on Monday and received a time slot of 12 to 4 same day. Colin installed a new belt drive, Genie opener and helped us connect our vehicles all in less than two hours. Excellent timing, answered all our questions and did a super job. If the problem is a garage door just call Precision. Problem solved!

I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

On Saturday, we accidentally tried to use the electric garage door while the door was locked...and pulled the brace out of the door. Set an appointment online for the following Monday morning. Jaxs and Joe showed up right on time and took just a few minutes to determine a plan of action. Went to their truck pulled the right parts and had the door running again in less than 30 minutes! The techs that do the real work of the installation were great! They were personable, hard-working, and effective. About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.

Our old garage door opener died a sudden and quick death. Precision was recommended to us by a neighbor. Jaxs was our tech. He was knowledgeable, explained the options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. Once the new garage door opener was chosen it took about an hour to uninstall the old unit, then install the new Genie unit. Once installed Jaxs gave me a quick walk thru detailing what he'd done, showing me the ins/outs of the new unit, etc. We love it! So much more quiet than our old opener. Jaxs was personable and did a good job of getting to know me in a short amount of time - this comes from someone who was in sales for 35+ years. I'd recommend Precision to anyone and Jaxs as well.
