Had an issue with our garage door where the spring broke and cables frayed and loose. Called Precision and got service the next day (and on a SUNDAY!). Our super skilled technician Jaxs was awesome - explained in detail the issue, parts needed to be replaced, took photos, and walked us through the several plan options to resolve the issue. He spent a lot of time assuring we understood what was involved and had superior expertise in the functionality of garage doors. We had great confidence in his recommendation and now have again a functional garage door that is safe and reliable! In addition, the invoice also included the before and after photos. Highly recommended !!! Would call this company again.

We thought we needed repair on our garage door but ended up with new opener and so happy we did. Our old one was the original when the house was built in 1994 and made so much noise, it sounded like it was going to fall down. The new one is almost silent!! The two young men were so knowledgeable and professional and worked quickly and cleaned up everything. We had a great time talking to them, as well. We found an ad in our little neighborhood phone book and got an appointment on the same day I called. I went online, read the reviews and made me decide to use this company. I give these two young men a score of 10+!! Thank you for the great job guys, we love the new opener!!

We had a friend that just had you fix his garage. We called this morning and with an hr. Ahmad Perkins was our technician. He was absolutely the best. We had no idea our open was 24yrs old. We got a brand new one,with remote on our side door.... Everything was ans is awesone and Ahmad was very knowledgeable ,friendly and within an hr and half everything was put together. Excellent job to him and to the company.

When I searched for a Garage Door service company, they had a very fair approach to pricing and how they charge a customer. The Tech was very professional and also polite and friendly. I highly recommend them. Note that I has another service prior a few years back and they were almost double the cost so Precision Garage Door Service I would strongly recommend.

I had the side tracks on two overhead doors replaced, Ahmad came and gave an estimate and I had him replace all four tracks. He did the job instantly and did a very nice job, he cleaned up his mess. Called the office around noon and got a call back 15 minutes later. Colin was here around 1:30 and 30 minutes later door was fixed. I chose Precision Overhead Door due to the solid reviews that I read online and my associates. The company did not disappoint. My garage door had gotten stuck a few times and being about 14 years old, I knew I’d better get it inspected. Mario, the service tech was very professional and didn’t try to upsell. He stated the issues that needed addressing and made a few suggestions. The door itself was in great shape but due to its age, springs and bearings would give it a much longer shelf life. The quote was very competitive and the work performed was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good words about Mario. Thanks to him and Precision Garage Door. I currently was having internet/wi-fi issues with the connectivity to my opener and camera. My service tech Mario went the extra mile researching and solving the issues. He gave me a tutorial on how to reprogram the keypad, remotes, the control panel itself, and how to navigate the MyQ app. Outstanding service.
