Craig was on time. He called to confirm his arrival. The job was well done. He explained everything. My rural driveway had some drifting issues. He got stuck. I have a pickup truck. I got stuck helping him out. We eventually got each other unstuck. He was very good natured about the whole fiasco.

There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.

Jax was extremely professional and helpful. He took a look at our door that had just been backed into and was able to get it functioning again with lubricant. Precision installed our garage door and opener about 8 years ago. After 8 years the sensors were not working. Kurt the service person arrived and quickly identified the problem. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He gave me several choices to choose from which was appreciated. Kurt replaced the sensors and adjusted the spring. Overall he did a great job. I will continue to use Precision anytime the need arises in the future.

Loose ceiling brackets supporting EDO. Nervous that entire unit might collapse on car at any moment.Fast response from Precision on a Sunday afternoon. Ahmad was great in installing stronger bracket and also fixing loose lighting mechanism. Great service and at a reasonable price
