Returning customer here. Keypad didn’t work and the door made stress sounds going up. It’s only nine years old so we asked to have someone just take a look. What a gentleman, so knowledgeable about garage doors. Fixed the keypad immediately, didn’t need replacing. The door needed balancing (adjusting the spring). We also decided to replace the wheels because my husband didn’t like the noise. Once we got a quiet dishwasher, everything needs to be quiet. So now I have to figure out a new way to know when the teens get home. I can’t hear the garage door anymore. We will keep returning to Precision. Probably in nine more years.

Service Tech was great. Within 24hrs or repair I received a mail coupon for springs which would have saved me $150 or more. So I called….Surprise Surprise nobody ever returned my call about this situation. Once they got my money that’s all they cared about. Ruined what could have been a great experience.

Exceeded Expectations! After a contractor did work on my garage floor, my door stopped working. I tried figuring it out by myself, but needed help. Because it was on a Sunday, I asked for an afternoon time window because I had church in the morning. My service tech, Ahmad, arrived early and waited until I returned. Grateful! I was very very happy with my experience on yesterday. Craig was my tech. He is very very valuable to this company. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He knows his craft. He explained everything before starting the job with options and prices. After coming to an agreement the job was professionally done with speed. I was surprised he had completed everything so quickly. He installed a garage door opener with 2 new remotes, installed new sensors and a new wall switches. Technician arrived when they said they would. Assessed the damage but went above and beyond to inspect the whole garage door. Said everything else looked great and didn’t try to upsell anything. The door had worked for quite a while with broken springs. But, yesterday, the last spring broke leaving me with no access to my garage. I picked out service from this company by using my computer. I picked the first phone number that was available and called it yesterday. My appointment was set for today some time between 2 and 6 p.m. The technician arrived about 4 hours early. He showed me the damage that had occurred in my garage and with my order, proceeded to replace all of the damaged equipment and render the garage door fully workable once again.
