I am a returning customer and I continue to be impressed with the speed and friendliness of the people I dealt with. From the phone call to set up the service to the repairman who arrived the same day I was happy for their attention to my issue. The repairman, Jaxon, was pleasant and efficient in accessing the damage and offering suggestions. When it became apparent that we'd need a new garage door, he called the sales person and set up an appointment for the next day. Todd, the salesman, arrived as scheduled and after reviewing the site offered suggestions and showed examples for a replacement. He explained the differences and was candid about the pricing. There was no pressure at all. The only negative, and it isn't their fault, is that we had to order the door and the company that makes the doors doesn't provide a timeline for how long it will take other than "around a month." That's frustrating for them and for the buyer. That said, I can not speak highly enough about the service provided. We're anxious to get our new door and confident we will be pleased.

Your service technician was exceedingly patient in explaining things to me and offered to have me talk with Lock master to best assure that I’d be satisfied with the work that he was doing/ offering/ explaining. He replaced my keypad and showed me how to program it/ use it. I value his ability to stay patient despite my repeated concerns which, as it turns out, were not based on accurate information- because he went that extra mile to get by questions answered abd have someone reconfirm all that he said I now trust his judgement and will call again for him to provide service should I need future assistance. Matthew Berends and Todd Rupprecht did a great job assessing the problem with our garage door, and were extremely quick to fix it. It took Matthew less than an hour to repair our badly damaged garage door, and the price was very reasonable. Garage door cable broke around 8:00 a.m. By 3:30 p.m. same day door was fully functional. Receptionist was polite and professional when I called. Service Technician Mario Velez called about 20 minutes before arriving, was also professional and very personable. As some of the parts were under warranty, he checked that - and went over the estimates, work done and was very thorough in explaining the problem and the remedy. I initially called Precision 5 years ago -upon a referral from my Brother in law, who does the due diligence in checking things out- and have been very satisfied with Precision. Nice job!

Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job getting our garage door back in great condition. Getting the text reminder of the service was very helpful and I specially appreciated when the service guy was on his way out that they sent a picture and his name. Our repair guy, Joseph was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Besides replacing the obviously broken spring he checked other parts and found that a cable needed to be replaced that was quite badly frayed and would not have lasted much longer. He had everything in his well stocked truck to make the job quick. He completed the repair in less than 40 minutes, finishing off with a quick lube of everything.

I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Was glad Precision was able to have someone come out and look at my garage door quickly as it would not open. Called around 5pm and someone was there by 11am the next day. Mario arrived early in the designated time frame and he was great! He inspected the garage door and recommended different options of what he could do along with the cost of each option. Fantastic work. However seems very expensive for 20 minutes of work. "475 dollars". Okay, I would use precision door again.However, I am diligently searching for a competitor that's less expensive right now prior to my next garage door breakdown.

The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward.
