I now have the quietest overhead garage door in my neighborhood thanks so much to Matthew. He gave my door an overhaul of new parts (springs, rollers and cables) and lubricants where needed. I can now rest assured that my door will operate for me safely and quietly. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional. Thank you Matthew !

Years ago, we used Precision Garage Door and were immensely pleased with the work. But we misplaced the invoice from years ago and could not remember the name of Precision Garage Door. We went with another firm to repair our garage door which was operating poorly; it would not close all the way without a lot of effort. Suffice it to say that this other firm's work was substandard, and after only a few weeks, the garage door exploded off the track and was incapable of moving either up or down as it was wedged in the garage door opening. Thankfully, we rediscovered Precision Garage Door, and the technician resurrected the door so that it is now moving as smoothly as when new. This job was done quickly and to professional standards. My wife and I believe a five-star rating for this company does not go high enough.

Fantastic and prompt service for the repair this morning on my garage door spring that broke. Ended up replacing both spring and the bearings all around to prevent a future issue. Ahmad contacted me 2 hours before my scheduled time window letting me know he was available to come sooner if I was free, which is perfect when your truck is stuck in the garage. Showed up, inspected everything provided me with multiple options and things to keep an eye on in the future. Took him less than a hour to have my garage up and running with everything tightened up and working better than it was before. Take care of this employee, he is out there representing your brand in a very positive manner and clearly takes great pride in his work. This isnt my first call to Precision and it wont be my last for any future issues or upgrades i have scheduled.

Joe came out and replaced my old double door garage opener quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and treated me like we were friends his whole life. I have worked with precision doors before and would not call anyone else. They are simply the best.

We've had Precision come out to help us with both of our garage doors now over the past year and they have been nothing but professional and friendly! We saw a lot of good reviews online and also that they are BBB accredited, so we thought we'd give them a try. The first time they came out was to repair our smaller door when the cables had slipped out of the rollers. The gentleman was on time for the appointment, very professional, more than happy to answer all of our questions, and he walked us through the best options to repair the door. He completed the work very quickly and the door has been running smoothly ever since. This most recent visit was because our larger door was making so much noise we were concerned it was on the verge of breaking down completely. Again, the gentleman was on time, super professional and was training a new employee that day. I was very impressed with the knowledge he was imparting to his trainee. It really showed how much these folks know about garage doors and gave me even more confidence they would come up with the best solution. They walked us through the options and quickly moved forward with the replacement parts to get our door running smoothly again to prevent future break-downs. So far we've been very impressed with this company and will continue to utilize them for our garage door maintenance, as well as when we finally decide to upgrade our doors! Thank you for your excellent, knowledgeable, professional customer service!

Matthew went above and beyond to get my garage back to working he found out it was a small problem, but he made sure that I would not have that problem again. I was not home and my wife was here and he just went out of his way to make sure that she understood exactly what he was doing and how he was fixing it. This was just outstanding customer service. Thank you Brian for hiring Matthew and having a great team.

I’ve used them before and got great service. Today we were helped by Mathew and he’s a super nice guy who would make you happy if your daughter brought him to Thanksgiving dinner. He replaced our 21 year old opener with one that includes battery backup for power outages, it has a camera, and I think Mathew said that it can make me a cappuccino in the morning. We are happy and satisfied and Mathew is an excellent service technician

I saw their commercial on tv & saw the clip that said “I’m not an actor, just a garage door guy” which always caught my eye. Matthew was the guy who came to our house & fixed the door. He was very efficient & explained everything upfront.

Mathew contacted me when he was on his way and he arrived early. He was very engaging, and shared his intended review of the garage door. He did a diagnostic check, lubed the entire door and then replaced the damaged door to concrete seal. Clean, quick and very professional work. Mathew is a good man. Best regards, Mike

I met the nicest young man {Mario} today, great choice Precision. He was clear without pushing about my garage door. ultimately, I decided to have him perform a large re make on my door operating system. I cannot be happier with the door, Mario's work and his work ethic. Thank you for a great experience.
