We choose Precision because this was the company that installed our garage door 2021. I just wanted to have it checked before winter weather sets in. I originally choose Precision as this company respects, cares, and hires military veterans. As a former service member (US Navy) I value helping veterans. Our technician, Jaxs, was just wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He too the time to clearly describe the work he was doing and any problems he discovered. Great job, great guy. Thanks

My overall experience was excellent from making the appointment to the actual service. The lady I spoke to when making the appointment was very nice and made the appointment with ease. On the day of my appointment, my technician Matthew B was on time and very very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing. He changed my battery, programmed my keypad and explained what all he did when he was done. He was very personable. In this day and age when customer service isn’t the greatest, I was wowed! Customer service at it’s finest!! I will definitely use Precision if I need garage door services in the future and highly recommend to others. Thank you for the world class custoner service!

Like most people, I wasn't expecting to need a garage door repair but the spring had other ideas. I have seen the Precision commercials and also had seen some of their trucks in my neighborhood recently. I visited the website and booked the appointment. Very simple. The next day my technician called about ten minutes out and arrived as planned.Mario looked at the door and gave me the recommended estimate. I agreed and he went to work. Outstanding service from Matthew. He showed me everything he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions and referred to Precision’s history of tuneups and work on my garage door. He made some suggestions on things I could do to help prolong the life of the door and included photos of the suggested lubricant and rust reformer. Precision has been my garage door go-to for about 20 years.

Was in an emergency situation, 0730 on my way to work, I looked in Google and your name was listed. I called and spoke with an actual person who was very very helpful and arranged for a technician to come within a few hours. He called me at work and met me at my home. Explained situation, rollers had fallen off on both sides, agreed to replace door and opener. He was able to lower the door which made me feel more secure. He was polite, helpful, explained everything. Super impressed. Very happy I chose your company.

The gentleman that arrived was very friendly. Very helpful. Was honest about options and gave me a quote that I believed was fair. Precision Overhead Garage Door was on Angie.com and appeared to have a good reputation & high ratings so we called to have them take a look at our garage door. The door had not been serviced for many years and ended up needing new springs, lubrication & replacement of several other parts.Matthew arrived promptly on time and was very clear in explaining what needed to be done including pictures with detailed explanations. We had the recommended work done and now have a nice warranty on the door and the work that was completed. We would definitely use them again.

It is really true what Precision's ads say. A real person answers the phone 24/7. Very courteous and listens to the problem. I called at approximately 9 PM on Tuesday and the service tech was here before 9 AM on Wednesday. My problem was a very noisy double garage door. The service tech was great. He called me when he was 30 minutes away. He looked the situation over and explained what the problem was with my noisy garage door. While he was here, he checked the other garage door and recommended a fix for it to prevent a huge problem in the future. The thing I don't want is an inoperative garage door in the middle of winter. He showed me what to do twice a year and how to prevent the garage door from freezing to the cement floor when there is ice and freezing rain. He was also very neat. He cleaned up any drips from lubricant, etc.I am 100% satisfied and so glad I made the call to Precision.
