I was told that I would have someone out to the house between 8 and noon. At 7:50 I got a call from Ahmad that he would be to my house shortly. He arrived at about 8:10, assessed the job, after reveiwing the options he advised it would take about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later my garage door was fixed and operational. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The service tech was respectful, knowledgeable, and just a great person. Thank you for the great service!

Our technician, Matthew, was professional, efficient, and personable. He clearly explained what issues he had found and offered alternative repair options that gave us choices for a safe, long-lasting repair with high-quality parts. Matthew performed the repair quickly with no disruption to our day. He had all parts and tools with him to complete the job properly. Called late on Friday night. Got appointment for Saturday morning. Mario arrived on time. Very friendly, provided a couple of options. Once I gave approval he completed the work to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend.

100% professionalism throughout. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Expedient . Not easy these days to go to leave for work at 7 am to find the garage door inoperable and have it fully repaired and even upgraded by 9:45 am SAME DAY and on a weekend no less. That in itself is a bonus, and the double down for me is Veteran Owned. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience . Looked on Google for garage door repair. Precision came to my home evaluated the garage door problem Senor problem, door would not close. Also found a problem with cable on door. Technician fixed both problems. Door works great, very satisfied with the service

What a surprise I had when suddenly and unexpectedly, the right cable on my garage door snapped! Of course the timing couldn’t have been worse, but thank goodness we have a car parked outdoors so at least we have transportation if needed, as it was the next day before Precision could help us out of this situation. Matthew was very professional, showed us our items in need of replacement, gave us an itemized quote with several options to choose from. We were visiting our son when we needed to call for garage door replacement. Didn't know who to call, but got lucky when we called Precision. Awesome people from the person answering our call to the installers. Install and product were of great quality. When more work needed to be done months later there was no hesitation on who to call. Precision did not fail us. We weren't visiting at the time so everything was done by phone call. They kept us informed on repairs and did another fantastic service. Great communication especially being we are out of the area. Kudos to the whole staff at Precision!!

Percsion Garage Door Service scheduled a repair call for the next day. The technician, Ahmad Perkins, came on the time scheduled. He repaired the problem garage door operator and seviced a second door all within one hour. I felt the service fee of under $200.00 was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for prompt service.
