Precision installed my doors years ago, and I had some trouble with one. I called them and they came out same day to address the issue. The tech was prompt, friendly, and professional. He had the issue corrected in half an hour, and even greased the door as well! I didn’t pay a cent as the warranty covered everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to call precision again for any kind of work!

Precision offered me next-day service on a holiday, which I declined, but they were able to be here on the very next business day, accommodating my preference for an afternoon appointment. Kurt arrived early on in the time frame they had given me, and made all the needed repairs within a very short time. He explained everything very well, was professional, courteous and personable. I had seen Precision advertised on TV, and am so glad I called them. I recommend them very highly!

Colin arrived yesterday right on time to replace our old opener. Was glad to have someone come on the 4th of July weekend. Explained very well the options we had. Examined all the old door components to see if they were still good. Our old opener died after 17 years. Put in all new opener and new keypads. Camera on new unit a nice touch, Was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but so is everything else nowadays. Was done in less than 2 hours, Cleaned up very well and hauled offer all the old pieces .

Our spring broke and our vehicles were trapped. I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call on the Saturday after the Fourth of July. Technician Matthew Berends was friendly, thorough, and explained options for the broken spring as well as some other general maintenance, but did not force the issue as an upsell if I didn’t want the work done. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. I would use this company again and recommend them.

Precision Garage Door was installed June 2022. Called Precision when in July 2025, door had lifting issues, began shaking & making a popping noise after recent drastic changes in temperature & humidity. With help from Newer Technician & Supervisor, we purchased key pad, upgraded opener system &, of course, obtained more Precision spray lubricant as all garage doors I have ever owned have needed minimal regular upkeep/lubrication of metal track & roller system. Door is now quieter than before & entire family is pleased with keypad that eliminates need for others to remember to carry opener.

Nobody likes to spend money; however, when I do have to spend it, I want to get a sense of value out of the deal, and I did here. First off, being able to book an appointment 24 hours a day is a great service. Knowing I did not have to call first thing in the morning and hope to get on the schedule really gave me piece of mind. The tech showed up right in the middle of the time window, was professional, and got the job done correctly. I will have no problems recommending them to others in the future.

Discovered a broken spring on my garage door. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Matt showed up. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected the entire system and and quoted a solution. It was amazing how quickly Matt was able to fix my problem! He reviewed all that he had done and demonstrated the door working perfectly. The follow up included an email with details as well as pictures. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!! Thanks.

Found my garage door in distress when I got home yesterday, made a phone call and spoke to their evening on call person. He was great, made me feel like they had me without being sales-ee. Made an appointment for the very next morning with a window of 8am-10am. Craig showed up at 8:15am, went thru the whole process and got to work with a smile and was gone by 9:30am with a fully functioning garage! Super great team all the way thru, would fully recommend!
