Outstanding service from Matthew. He showed me everything he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions and referred to Precision’s history of tuneups and work on my garage door. He made some suggestions on things I could do to help prolong the life of the door and included photos of the suggested lubricant and rust reformer. Precision has been my garage door go-to for about 20 years.

Was in an emergency situation, 0730 on my way to work, I looked in Google and your name was listed. I called and spoke with an actual person who was very very helpful and arranged for a technician to come within a few hours. He called me at work and met me at my home. Explained situation, rollers had fallen off on both sides, agreed to replace door and opener. He was able to lower the door which made me feel more secure. He was polite, helpful, explained everything. Super impressed. Very happy I chose your company.

I requested quotes from several companies. The only one that returned my call was precision and they did so within the same work day. I scheduled an appointment. The gentleman that arrived was very friendly. Very helpful. Was honest about options and gave me a quote that I believed was fair. Precision Overhead Garage Door was on Angie.com and appeared to have a good reputation & high ratings so we called to have them take a look at our garage door. The door had not been serviced for many years and ended up needing new springs, lubrication & replacement of several other parts.Matthew arrived promptly on time and was very clear in explaining what needed to be done including pictures with detailed explanations. We had the recommended work done and now have a nice warranty on the door and the work that was completed. We would definitely use them again.

It is really true what Precision's ads say. A real person answers the phone 24/7. Very courteous and listens to the problem. I called at approximately 9 PM on Tuesday and the service tech was here before 9 AM on Wednesday. My problem was a very noisy double garage door. The service tech was great. He called me when he was 30 minutes away. He looked the situation over and explained what the problem was with my noisy garage door. While he was here, he checked the other garage door and recommended a fix for it to prevent a huge problem in the future. The thing I don't want is an inoperative garage door in the middle of winter. He showed me what to do twice a year and how to prevent the garage door from freezing to the cement floor when there is ice and freezing rain. He was also very neat. He cleaned up any drips from lubricant, etc.I am 100% satisfied and so glad I made the call to Precision.

The Service tech, Jaxs was very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and called prior to him arriving to let me know he was on his way. Great job Jaxs. I would highly recommend him. The only problem I had with Precision Garage Door was when I initially called Monday morning to the 262 area code number. I was told I couldn’t get service until Wednesday. I was very concerned about this because the door was cockeyed, and there was an opening at the bottom that I was afraid an animal or someone would slip through so I went online and booked it myself for Tuesday.

Had a great experience, exceeded expectations, all the garage door issues were addressed and resolved. This was a Saturday same day appointment, no emergency charge. The tech, Mario, was at the house approx. 2 hours ahead of schedule...excellent! The garage door was in need of some major TLC, more than just springs. Mario assessed and explained everything, gave me some options and went to work on it. For the amount of work the door needed, Mario had it completed way sooner than I anticipated. Really happy with the whole experience. If every company/business had someone like Mario representing them, there would be a lot of 5 star reviews out there.
