Representsative arrived on time, was friendly and a good listener. After discussing my garage door "issues", he told me about my options. I made a decision; he proceeded to work diligently and quickly and was finished in an hour. Now my overhead door operates smoothly and with much less noise. Many thanks!

Our experience with Precision Door Service was excellent. The emergency repairs were done quickly and efficiently by a very qualified technician, Matthew. We would highly recommend this company for all your garage door issues. Matthew was very knowledgeable about what needed to be performed and how to do it. He's very well trained and explained every detail of the repairs he would perform. He also has a great personality that gives you confidence in his abilities. I would always ask for him if future repairs are necessary. If all of your other techs are like him , you have a great team working for you!

Joe arrived and reviewed the issues with the door springs and offered a replacement quote. Once we agreed he quickly and efficiently installed the new springs, checked the complete door infrastructure and resolved all the issues. He is a great technician and very friendly and he explained everything so that I could understand what was needed and what was being done.

I chose Precision based on your web page. You provide DIY videos on how to maintain your garage door instead of calling a company for service. It showed me that regular maintenance can extend the life of the door, what to look for to catch a problem early, and showed me how to do a repair allowing me to determine if I should call or do it myself. Since my door was over 10 years old and I was able to determine what was wrong whit the door based on your videos and showed me that I needed someone to come out. Making the appointment was so simple and quick. When I called, I thought I would be scheduling for several weeks out, not the same day. Your employee contacted me to ask if he could come early which surprised me. He arrived listened to my concerns, inspected the door and informed me what was wrong and told me that the springs were in good shape but at the end of their lief expectancy and I should start budgeting for new ones in the future. There was no pressure to have any service done that was not needed at that time. He was also very professional and polite taking time to explain every step. The work was completed in a very short time and worked like new. I will use your company for any future work and recommend you're to all my friends. Clair Breckenridge Racine Wisconsin

This had to be one of the best experiences I have had with a company coming to my house to do work. First, the receptionist who took my information and spoke with me was more than helpful. Next, I was able to get the same day scheduled. Finally, the technician who arrived was super nice and explained everything to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with such a unfortunate event.

Matthew came out to diagnose an issue with our garage door not opening, he very quickly found the issue, and walked me through the how and why it happens and what options we had to fix it. He was very polite, punctual and even gave our "scary guard dog" some scratches. I highly recommend precision garage door!

Joe kept us up to date on his arrival, came on time, and quickly replaced the cables on our garage door. He advised that the cables were the only thing in need of attention and didn't attempt any upsell. It was just under $600 for cable replacement and associated adjustments. We had no problem with that. Tsgt Mark and Jane Zalewski USAF (Retired)

My garage door spring broke while we were out of town. We returned and I called to schedule service. Not only was I scheduled for the same day, the technician called about 20 minutes later and was at my house promptly at the beginning of my service window. Mario Velez was friendly, forthright, and efficient in his work. He was polite and thorough in his work and I couldn't believe how easy the whole experience was. Don't waste time calling around, if you have need of garage door service, Precision GDS is the way to go!
