The Service tech, Jaxs was very knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and called prior to him arriving to let me know he was on his way. Great job Jaxs. I would highly recommend him. The only problem I had with Precision Garage Door was when I initially called Monday morning to the 262 area code number. I was told I couldn’t get service until Wednesday. I was very concerned about this because the door was cockeyed, and there was an opening at the bottom that I was afraid an animal or someone would slip through so I went online and booked it myself for Tuesday.

Had a great experience, exceeded expectations, all the garage door issues were addressed and resolved. This was a Saturday same day appointment, no emergency charge. The tech, Mario, was at the house approx. 2 hours ahead of schedule...excellent! The garage door was in need of some major TLC, more than just springs. Mario assessed and explained everything, gave me some options and went to work on it. For the amount of work the door needed, Mario had it completed way sooner than I anticipated. Really happy with the whole experience. If every company/business had someone like Mario representing them, there would be a lot of 5 star reviews out there.

Extremely Satisfied When Colin arrived, told him my issues he checked both of my garage doors, And explained everything to me and was very truthful to me. Telling me the best solution to fix my doors. Was to replace the rollers and cables,and adjust the tension springs A lot of places just tell you things convincing a customer what should do. Just looking for more money. I highly recommend precision Door to anyone needing door repairs and honesty in telling clients what needs fixing

After my garage door cable snapped, I called Precision because I had used them before. I called on Monday and Jaxs was at my home the next day at 8 am. He was professional and friendly and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He showed me photos to detail the problem with my door and the repairs needed. He also was honest with me and told me I did not need a new garage door nor did I need to replace the springs at this time. I was 100% satisfied with Jaxs and the service he provided. I will definitely call Precision again when I have an issue with my garage door and I highly recommend them.

The spring broke on our garage door on Saturday July 4th. I was able to schedule a service call on Sunday July 5th, using their online system. (It was very easy to do.) Their service tech Jax called me when he was on his way to our home. He inspected the food, took pictures of everything and gave me a written estimate for the repairs. One of the bearings had froze, scared the shaft and caused one of the springs to break. Jax replaced both springs ( they were 22 years old, so the other one was bound to go soon). He also replaced the three bearings and shaft. He cleaned up after the repair, walked me through all repairs and emailed me the before and after pictures along with the invoice. He was on time, professional, and did a great job. I would call them again if we ever needed work done.

Great Service! The Precision technician notified me of his arrival time and showed up promptly. After hearing of the problem I had with my keypad, he inspected my door opener. As I no longer climb more than two steps up a ladder, he kindly took a photo of the numbers inside the light cover, so I would have all the numbers affiliated with my opener at hand for future use. My keypad would not reset for me but the technician was able to reprogram it. He tested it several times, extended my warranty for 90 days as it is due to expire in a few weeks, and advised that if it malfunctioned again, Precision Overhead Garage Door would replace the keypad. I couldn't ask for more polite, thorough service. We did determine that power outages in prior weeks probable were the cause of my keypad problem. Total satisfaction! Fantastic!!!
