I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with Colin and of course Precision Garage Door Repair.

Not only did he explain what was causing the problem but what we could do to avoid this situation it in the future. This information was never given to us when we had our garage door replaced a couple of yrs. ago. In addition Mario noticed another problem that could be a concern if left unattended. Exceeded Expectations! After a contractor did work on my garage floor, my door stopped working. I tried figuring it out by myself, but needed help. Because it was on a Sunday, I asked for an afternoon time window because I had church in the morning. My service tech, Ahmad, arrived early and waited until I returned. Grateful! He then fixed the problem, after explaining what happened. He was very polite and thorough. I highly recommend your company, and Ahmad!

Craig the technician was on time exactly early, he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different options I had fixing the problem with my garage door opener. The experience exceeded our expectations some. Ahmad, the technician was pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently after giving us his recommendations on needed repairs. He cleaned up after completion of the work. He gave us instructions and answered the questions we asked of him. We wish all service people were as good. We chose Precision based on the A+ rating and limited number of resolved issues with the BBB. A contractor's good standing with BBB is important to our decisions. We also save coupons and information from mail the likes of valpak, and your company was among some of the information we saved.
