Discovered a broken spring on my garage door. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Matt showed up. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected the entire system and and quoted a solution. It was amazing how quickly Matt was able to fix my problem! He reviewed all that he had done and demonstrated the door working perfectly. The follow up included an email with details as well as pictures. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!! Thanks.

Found my garage door in distress when I got home yesterday, made a phone call and spoke to their evening on call person. He was great, made me feel like they had me without being sales-ee. Made an appointment for the very next morning with a window of 8am-10am. Craig showed up at 8:15am, went thru the whole process and got to work with a smile and was gone by 9:30am with a fully functioning garage! Super great team all the way thru, would fully recommend! It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon when I tried to close my garage door, but it refused to comply. I saw that one of my cables was loose and the other looked like spaghetti noodles, all loose and twisted. I called Precision and was able to secure a spot on Sunday. The garage door tech called a half hour before arrival and got at our house promptly. He was very knowledgeable and recommended new rollers as ours had some wear. He replaced them and redid our cables. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was so relieved to get the work done on a Sunday, especially by a wonderful tech. We had Mario come out today to help us assess whether we should replace our springs or replace our old garage door as a whole. I don’t often write reviews but he exceeded all expectations we had today. He didn’t push us either way and gave us a ton of insights and time to discuss before making a decision. My son-in-law just used Precision earlier this year when the spring broke on his opener and was happy with the work, so when my opener was acting up I decided to use the same company. Jake was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me different options on what could be done to fix the problems and finished the work promptly. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges, springs and track.

Ease of scheduling, instant availability and online coupon were super. And my technician, Ahmad, was very pleasant, informative and great to work with. He offered solutions and helped me determine which were most important to perform now, vs. possibly later. It was not a hard sell, but thoughtful. Struts were installed and brackets replaced. Our door now opens without issue and is quiet. All within less than an hour! I would definitely recommend their services, and offer kudos to Ahmad for his communication skills, kindness and excellent customer service.

On Wed., 31 Jul 24 we had Ahmad Perkins from Prec. Garage Door service our two garage doors--one single car, one two car. He adjusted counter balanced springs, lubed, addressed a bad "POP!" sound, addressed electric eye safety aim issue and then addressed, fixed a key pad that had stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Plesant young technicician. Appreciated his service. Well done!

I do not appreciate companies that come in and try to upsell and oversell. I just paid $700 for the same repair that cost me $325 ten years ago. The first thing your technician did is tell me everything is failing and I should pay $1,750 to repair and/or replace everything. I will never do business with a “Neighborly” company again.

Colin arrived yesterday right on time to replace our old opener. Was glad to have someone come on the 4th of July weekend. Explained very well the options we had. Examined all the old door components to see if they were still good. Our old opener died after 17 years. Put in all new opener and new keypads. Camera on new unit a nice touch, Was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but so is everything else nowadays. Was done in less than 2 hours, Cleaned up very well and hauled offer all the old pieces .
