Tortion spring broke with my car inside the garage without a way out. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door company who arranged an appointment to repair the garage door on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. Repair person came on time and fixed everything in 2 hours. Great response, job well done. Everything completed was clearly explained and demonstrated upon completion. Very satisfied with the repair person and the company. I just finished up getting my Estimate for a New Door, Opener, and remote package. I was extremely pleased with the offerings and recommendations. I was very pleased with the service from Precision. My garage door wire broke with a bang as it was closing. Within 2 hours of calling Precision, Kurt had my door working again. The door also needed a new weatherstrip along the bottom, so I was happy to get that taken care of as well. I asked if I needed to put silicone on the track and Kurt said "done." I appreciated the fast, good service.

Unbelievably fast service! Contacted them in the afternoon, got a call back that same afternoon. Technician arrived at my house at 6:00 pm, same day. He did an inspection to assess what was wrong; offered three levels of repair 1) necessary, 2) should be done and 3) ideal solution. He had all the parts on his truck and completed the job by 7:15! First time I've ever had that kind of service! I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace my garage door!

After calling about 10 garage door repair companies and seeking an evening appointment, I came across Precision Door Company. They didn't have crazy service fees for a 5 PM appointment, and they offered evening appointments! The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and told me the technician would be out between 5pm & 7pm on a Friday evening. Great! The tech called about 4:30pm and told me he was running a little early and asked if it was OK if he could come early. No problem. My husband chatted with him and he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. He fixed the door, the price was very reasonable, the tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent service, especially for a Friday night after 5pm! Thank You!
