We had your tech Derrick come to our house this last Saturday to fix our garage and we couldn't have been happier with him. Very professional and friendly. Was able to fix our garage door in a little over an hour. Same day service was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

So happy with the outstanding service we received this afternoon! We had a garage door issue due to our kids blocking the door with toys. Repair was lightening fast, friendly, and efficient. And they definitely don’t overcharge you. Super honest guy. We would absolutely use precision again if we ever needed to.

Joe was very efficient and knowledgeable. Because of the brand of door that I had, he wasn't able to fix my problem long term without a larger investment on my part. Joe provided added value but telling me about simple things I could do on my own to extend the life of my door. I was very pleased with his service.

I just finished up getting my Estimate for a New Door, Opener, and remote package. I was extremely pleased with the offerings and recommendations. I signed a contract when presented with the total package price. I will update this review after the job has been completed. But at this point I am confident Precision will earn the 5 star rating.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. My garage door wire broke with a bang as it was closing. Within 2 hours of calling Precision, Kurt had my door working again. The door also needed a new weatherstrip along the bottom, so I was happy to get that taken care of as well. I asked if I needed to put silicone on the track and Kurt said "done." I appreciated the fast, good service.

Unbelievably fast service! Contacted them in the afternoon, got a call back that same afternoon. Technician arrived at my house at 6:00 pm, same day. He did an inspection to assess what was wrong; offered three levels of repair 1) necessary, 2) should be done and 3) ideal solution. He had all the parts on his truck and completed the job by 7:15! First time I've ever had that kind of service! I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace my garage door!

Had two springs, bearings and rollers replaced. Technician was knowledgeable, made recommendations, but didn't feel like I was pressured to purchase 'extra' services. Service was done in less than an hour. Would use them again, but hopefully not for a while!

An unplanned backing into the garage door was very stressful until I contacted your company and was told someone would be out between 12 and 2. Only minutes later I received a call from Jezreal saying he could be out in 10 minutes. What a wonderful technician, courteous, knowledgeable,experienced in repairs and just an all around wonderful human being. Last year, I chose Precision to repair a different garage door based on their internet ad. When I recently experienced problems with my other door, I immediately called Precision again. After calling about 10 garage door repair companies and seeking an evening appointment, I came across Precision Door Company. They didn't have crazy service fees for a 5 PM appointment, and they offered evening appointments! The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and told me the technician would be out between 5pm & 7pm on a Friday evening. Great! The tech called about 4:30pm and told me he was running a little early and asked if it was OK if he could come early. No problem. My husband chatted with him and he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. He fixed the door, the price was very reasonable, the tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent service, especially for a Friday night after 5pm! Thank You!
