Our garage door was binding and would not close at times. The service agent replaced the spring, installed nylon rollers, adjusted the settings. When Jim asked about the Stanley opener we had he was honest and said it would not need to replaced. He also explained to me ( wife) how and why the repairs were need. I do not remember his name but would like to give him a 5 star rating as much as Precision on handling our problem in a timely manner. To me they get 10 stars!

Installed a new garage door in 2019. So called them again because garage door when you opened it and closed it was making a noise he fixed it. Very nice guy!
