Our old garage door opener died a sudden and quick death. Precision was recommended to us by a neighbor. Jaxs was our tech. He was knowledgeable, explained the options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. Once the new garage door opener was chosen it took about an hour to uninstall the old unit, then install the new Genie unit. Once installed Jaxs gave me a quick walk thru detailing what he'd done, showing me the ins/outs of the new unit, etc. We love it! So much more quiet than our old opener. Jaxs was personable and did a good job of getting to know me in a short amount of time - this comes from someone who was in sales for 35+ years. I'd recommend Precision to anyone and Jaxs as well. Thanks for a job well done.

The service provided was good. The technician (Jacks/Matthew) did a nice job explaining the different repair options and benefits of each. The work was done efficiently and my door is operating well. The reason it is not a 5 star review has to do with timeliness. My appointment window was 8 am to noon and nobody contacted me until after noon and after I contacted Precision. Overall the work was not done until after 2 pm. I had to adjust my work schedule to make this work. No additional discount was offered due to this schedule delay which is disappointing.

Just like offensive linemen in football, a garage door opener is at its best when it goes unnoticed. Much to my chagrin, my existing opener picked the day before Thanksgiving to act up. Not cool. However, Craig R was able to arrive ahead of schedule and like Anthony Muñoz, wiped out the nonsense quickly and affordably. I believe the phrase is “ahead of schedule and under budget!” Very pleased that this inconvenience was converted to a mere blip on the radar. Thank you, Precision!

My garage door suddenly broke on a Friday evening in December. Precision Garage door was able to get out to the house the first thing next morning quote and fix my door within 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Jake explained all of my options, walked me through what he suggested and why. He worked quickly and walked me through what was repaired and what I could expect going forward with the door. Dave did a great job, had everything replaced within an hour! The only reason I've submitting 4 stars (instead of 5) is because he didn't mention a "Senior Citizen discount or Military discount. On a fixed income, that would've been a plus.

Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.
