We used Precision at our previous home a few times and they were extremely professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. After we moved into our new home in 2021 and noticed the garage doors could use some maintenance, we immediately thought of Precision. They came out the day after we reached out. Derrick, the technician, was a great communicator and very professional. He inspected our doors and provided us with three quotes to choose from before doing any work. We will continue to use them without hesitation whenever we need garage door work done.

Unbelievably fast service with excellent results. I sent a request for an appointment at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night and by 10 am the next morning, my new garage door opener was installed and good to go! Who does that?!

Nick and Sedrick were my service technicians and they did a truly great job. They called in advance, came right in the middle of the "time window" that was scheduled, listened to what I tried to explain about my issue and serviced my door in an exceptional manner. They also educated me in a humble way so that I could do a better job in maintaining my garage door. I would never call another company to service my door.

Mike Zahn was my service tech. He explained everything that should be replaced besides the broken spring. I totally agreed with his suggestions. At no time did I feel pressured to do the extra replacements. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable.He gave me a few tips on door maintenance so I could maybe avoid future costly repairs.I really appreciated that. They then preformed my requests quickly and to my satisfaction. They gave me a written estimate for the work that I may have done in the future.
