Excellent customer service starting with the person answering the phone who schedule an appointment the same morning I call, to the service technician, Colin Horsch who called to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time! Colin was courteous and explained my options for the garage door clearly. He was able to do the repair immediately and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service or Colin to anyone who asks me for a recommendation to service their garage door.

Took a little longer for the parts to come in then I was originally told, but other then that I thought both reps that showed up at the beginning and the end were very helpful, honest, and knowledgable. Nick, who installed my garage door did an awesome job. He was done installing way faster than i would have though, and it looks great.

Repeat customer from 2012. Harris was very friendly, repaired my opener on a very timely basis, he knew his stuff (replaced a stripped gear). I was much more satisfied with this service this time. I give this service 5 stars.
