I called on 9/22 and was able to have a service person here the following day to fully repair my door. Matthew the service tech was prompt, professional, and quick. We had an old opener blow into pieces. Called Precision on a Saturday morning. Within an hour our Technician Matthew was on site and installed two new openers for us. Very professional and informative. Very pleased with the completed job.

My family and I had an unfortunate mishap from the icy conditions on our driveway, needless to say we needed a new garage door. From the moment Todd entered our home and introduced himself, my wife and I knew we were in good hands. Todd was honest and very knowledgeable on the exact door we needed and didn’t try to persuade me to purchase things that were not needed. Your company should be very proud to have a guy like Todd on your team! Things get even better with your team!! NEXT DAY INSTALL!!! Was fast and efficient! Jesus was very professional and took the time to explain the whole process and at the end when it was all installed again went though all the proper care needed for the door! Was very pleased with the second trip by Precision. They resolved my problem without having to install a new opener. New rollers were installed in just a few minutes and the door seems like new to me now. While I'm still out the cost of an unneeded circuit board, I do feel good about the service I received and would call them again if needed. Same day service is hard to beat.

Arrived at time indicated and took all of 10-15 minutes to resove the issue. Technician Aaron thought it might be a bad wire, tried that first and that resolved the problem. We were shocked when he told us what we owed, pleasantly surprised at the cost. Kudos Precision. Will definately use them again if necessary
