You showed up early, we tlked about some options. We agreed on one thst made sense to me with now sales pressure and you got the job done. When finished we went over warranty information and since I went ahead and had the opener replaced as well as the repairs. We went over operation of all components. Highly professional. GREAT JOB!

Returning customer here. Keypad didn’t work and the door made stress sounds going up. It’s only nine years old so we asked to have someone just take a look. What a gentleman, so knowledgeable about garage doors. Fixed the keypad immediately, didn’t need replacing. The door needed balancing (adjusting the spring). We also decided to replace the wheels because my husband didn’t like the noise. Once we got a quiet dishwasher, everything needs to be quiet. So now I have to figure out a new way to know when the teens get home. I can’t hear the garage door anymore. We will keep returning to Precision. Probably in nine more years.

Our spring broke and our vehicles were trapped. I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call on the Saturday after the Fourth of July. Technician Matthew Berends was friendly, thorough, and explained options for the broken spring as well as some other general maintenance, but did not force the issue as an upsell if I didn’t want the work done. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. I would use this company again and recommend them.

a sudden issue came up with my garage door openers, did not know who to contact, etc. I saw precision online and I read the reviews so I set up an appointment. The guys came for an estimate. I thought it was very fair. They actually did the work right then and there And we’re very happy with the quality and the professionalism of the installers. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody in the future and I will definitely keep their number if needed again.

Coldest day of the year. Came installed in a couple hours, done. At first I was unsure, since there was only one choice, but after 6 months, I love it. Programmable, outside key pad, closes automatically, and a phone app, that tells me when the door opens, and if it's currently open or closed.

Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages led me to them, and I'm glad it did. The service was outstanding. Stu explained everything very clearly and in two days I had a brand new door and a new opener which has features that I like very much. The installer, Tom, was excellent and also explained the features very thoroughly. My overall impression of Precision Doors is that the entire company is focused like a laser on customer satisfaction. Outstanding customer service. I originally called another company to repair my garage door and after two appointments and no one showing up, I called Precision. The appointment setter got me a same day appointment. Mike called me twice to confirm appt. and to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and immediately started inspecting my door. I was impressed by the professionalism and speed in which he repaired the door. I would call Precision again if I have a garage door issue, because I know I will be treated professionally and no matter how small the job is they will make me feel as if I'm the most important customer they have. Great experience all around. Outstanding customer service. I was able to immediately schedule the appointment. Service technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. Performed work requested. And after evaluation, they found some other issues with the garage door that I didn't realize were problems. They explained the issues to me and asked if I wanted to pursue those fixes. They were able to do the fixes while they were here, and the difference in performance is amazing --- way quieter and smoother. They also recommended against some other work I was considering (replace the sweep) explaining that my issue is with the concrete floor. Thank you very much, I'm so glad I found you. I will definitely recommend you.
