I did have someone who was suppose to show in the morning, they replied after Colin arrived. They said an emergency came up. I know that can happen but at least call to inform us. This company tried to charge me 1,200 dollars to change my garage door spring. What a rip off. I called another company and they out at did the job for 379.00.

After a very lack luster encounter with another garage door company I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service. Our service tech. was Mario and what an absolute gem. He gave us 3 options to choose from and advised to each one of those options in depth. Mario was very personable and worked his tail off to get our door back in action. Should we have any additional garage door issues there is no other company I would use and would be requesting Mario if available.

Steve was professional, knowledgeable, honest and very good at what he does. He was there 4 hours after calling.He repaired a broken spring and the door has never operated so well, even when first installed. We are recommending Precision to anyone who has a need.
