He repaired the problem garage door operator and seviced a second door all within one hour. I felt the service fee of under $200.00 was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them for prompt service.

I choose Precision because I was able to call on a Sunday and schedule an appt. for the next day on Monday. Most places are not open on weekends or the evenings to take your phone call. The service technician - Colin Horsch was very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had. He did a wonderful job and would recommend.

They also gave me some helpful hints on keeping my garage door in good working condition. They arrived earlier than expected (they called first to make sure it was okay), which I appreciated, rather than waiting around all day!!
