I had the side tracks on two overhead doors replaced, Ahmad came and gave an estimate and I had him replace all four tracks. He did the job instantly and did a very nice job, he cleaned up his mess. I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

We recently had our garage door, including tracks, torsion springs, and the opener replaced by Precision. We are 100% satisfied with the materials, the installation, and the clean-up. I called because my garage door fell off the track and was significantly damaged. The tech was able to come out the same day which was amazing! The quote to fix was very high so I decided to replace the door. I received a quote and decided to go with the company. I called 6 times and left messages. One with a person and the other 5 on a recording. I have not received a call back. They have lost my business.

Your service technician was exceedingly patient in explaining things to me and offered to have me talk with Lock master to best assure that I’d be satisfied with the work that he was doing/ offering/ explaining. He replaced my keypad and showed me how to program it/ use it. I value his ability to stay patient despite my repeated concerns which, as it turns out, were not based on accurate information- because he went that extra mile to get by questions answered abd have someone reconfirm all that he said I now trust his judgement and will call again for him to provide service should I need future assistance. It’s a rare person who can stay present abd patient in the moment without showing frustration or annoyance in the face of my lack of trust initially. Was glad Precision was able to have someone come out and look at my garage door quickly as it would not open. Called around 5pm and someone was there by 11am the next day. Mario arrived early in the designated time frame and he was great! He inspected the garage door and recommended different options of what he could do along with the cost of each option. He replaced my garage door opener in a timely manner and when he was done went over everything that was installed and how everything worked.

Buyer beware. I'm not sure if there is new ownership or something...but I had a garage door drive installed by them a few years ago and they had the most competitive pricing around, they were prompt, and were easy to deal with....fast forward to this weekend...and I was told I was on the schedule for Saturday...until I wasn't...now Monday between 4-6...ok...I'll deal....then the tech tries to call to say he is early...and when I try to call back...I am directed back to central scheduling...then when he finally does arrive, I'm presented with a good, better, best quote ranging from $1,050, to $1,500+, to nearly $2,000...for 2 springs and a garage service...I immediately call 2 local independent places and get a quote for $450 and $400 flat over the phone...both have availability today. So I kindly send the guy home....minus a $70 service call out fee that is coming my way....Very disappointed with my experience. They seem to be cashing in on people that turn them away for the $70 while profiting heavily on the ones that just say yes...I'd stay with local independent garage service....the service fee will be higher....but the prices are much more reasonable.

The technician called me within two hours after I had called and was on his way to fix my door. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed.
