Great service! Called at noon, fixed by 3:30! Options explained to me perfectly. Jake hade no problem explaining the options/benefits I could not fully communicate to my husband while he was at work. Polite. Friendly. Fast. Very pleased.

Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

Technician did a good job installing new garage door springs and bearings. My only complaint is the price of the springs at $350 dollars apiece is a little too high. Thanks James Staska return customer

Colin, our Service Technician, was FANTASTIC! He explained each one of the garage door openers he carried in detail that helped me make an informed decision. He was on time, very courteous, and funny, did a fantastic job, and explained everything after the install. We needed to get our garage door repaired. When I called Ashley was very polite and responsive to answering my questions about the door. She also gave a time frame when a service tech would be out and they were even earlier which which was great for us. The service tech Jake Roszina was very responsive to our questions and concerns. After his review and findings he explained all of our options that were available. It is a shame that more companies are not as responsive as Precision Door Service was.

Precision installed new garage springs 12 years ago. I added windows to garage door earlier this year. This changed the door weight and the door became unbalanced. Rep checked out and adjusted spring tension. Lubricated stuff. NO CHARGE ! I have Precision's call sticker located by the door.

I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.

My garage door wouldn’t close all the way, so I contacted Precision and they sent a technician within a couple hours. Jacob L carried out a comprehensive inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the parts he needed in his truck, and within 45 minutes he had everything working again. I’m super impressed with the level of service. Thanks guys!

Everything went exceptionally well. Colin come early the next day, checked out the door and gave me two quotes, explaining my options. He was polite and knowledgeable. I think the whole job only took a half hour, which amazed me. The quick response was a major factor, local is very good and your BBB rating counts too. The cost came in below what I expected even though I went for new rollers. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors. I am very pleased. When my garage stopped opening for the 2nd time in about 3 months I knew it was something more serious than youtube could help me solve. Brian & team, from Precision showed up the next morning and fixed the issues with in an hour. They offered me 3 prices ranges and gave me good suggestions on my door situation based off wear and tear/age. They also weren't annoyed they had to flag me from my work station as I work from home. I would highly recommend these guys again for anyone that has Garage door issues. I heard horror stories of a few thousand dollars to replace broken springs (both broke) in doors. I got away with $960 and the door sounds way better/quiet now!
