Hello Brian, I hired Precision Door because of the policy for a free inspection trip. The technician Matthew replaced a broken cable bracket on the bottom of the door yesterday, re-tensioned the springs, and said we have a one year warranty. This morning, my wife and I were unable to lift the door and believe it's because the springs aren't tensioned tight enough. We didn't have that problem prior to this time. I will call your office this morning once it opens, and ask for the follow-up visit to get the adjustment. Thank you. John Misany

Colin arrived yesterday right on time to replace our old opener. Was glad to have someone come on the 4th of July weekend. Explained very well the options we had. Examined all the old door components to see if they were still good. Our old opener died after 17 years. Put in all new opener and new keypads. Camera on new unit a nice touch, Was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but so is everything else nowadays. Was done in less than 2 hours, Cleaned up very well and hauled offer all the old pieces .

Discovered a broken spring on my garage door. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Matt showed up. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected the entire system and and quoted a solution. It was amazing how quickly Matt was able to fix my problem! He reviewed all that he had done and demonstrated the door working perfectly. Found my garage door in distress when I got home yesterday, made a phone call and spoke to their evening on call person. He was great, made me feel like they had me without being sales-ee. Made an appointment for the very next morning with a window of 8am-10am. Craig showed up at 8:15am, went thru the whole process and got to work with a smile and was gone by 9:30am with a fully functioning garage! Super great team all the way thru, would fully recommend! It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon when I tried to close my garage door, but it refused to comply. I saw that one of my cables was loose and the other looked like spaghetti noodles, all loose and twisted. I called Precision and was able to secure a spot on Sunday. The garage door tech called a half hour before arrival and got at our house promptly. He was very knowledgeable and recommended new rollers as ours had some wear. He replaced them and redid our cables. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was so relieved to get the work done on a Sunday, especially by a wonderful tech. Garage coils snapped and things were not going well - called Precision and technician came out next morning, which was perfect Craig was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me make choices for what I needed and didn’t upsell- which is fabulous! He did a great job and as weird as it is, I’m super excited about the new opener and other parts! Less stressed!!!
