Matt was awesome…. His communication and ability to work independently around my schedule was appreciated. Although my repair cost was a bit of a sticker shock, all the parts replaced were definitely needed. Matt did a great job with the repair, explaining it, and getting it done in a timely fashion.

Broken spring on 2/21/23 - day before major storm. Made internet request thru www.reliablegaragedoorpros.com. Had a response received within 15 minutes from Precision Garage Door Service. Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. I gave him the go ahead and he completed all work in a timely manner. Matt was very professional in his communication and his work. Left me with a great impression. Thanks for the quick and reliable service.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have the service performed in less than 24 hours' time. Our service technician, Matthew, phoned ahead and arrived on time. He went out of his way to explain to our satisfaction what he would be doing to effect repairs and why. We couldn't have asked for a better technician and quality service. Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

We needed to get our garage door repaired. When I called Ashley was very polite and responsive to answering my questions about the door. She also gave a time frame when a service tech would be out and they were even earlier which which was great for us. The service tech Jake Roszina was very responsive to our questions and concerns. After his review and findings he explained all of our options that were available. It is a shame that more companies are not as responsive as Precision Door Service was.

Precision installed new garage springs 12 years ago. I added windows to garage door earlier this year. This changed the door weight and the door became unbalanced. Rep checked out and adjusted spring tension. Lubricated stuff. NO CHARGE ! I have Precision's call sticker located by the door.

I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.

He had all the parts he needed in his truck, and within 45 minutes he had everything working again. I’m super impressed with the level of service. Thanks guys!

Everything went exceptionally well. Colin come early the next day, checked out the door and gave me two quotes, explaining my options. He was polite and knowledgeable. I think the whole job only took a half hour, which amazed me. The quick response was a major factor, local is very good and your BBB rating counts too. The cost came in below what I expected even though I went for new rollers. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors. I am very pleased.
