When my garage stopped opening for the 2nd time in about 3 months I knew it was something more serious than youtube could help me solve. Brian & team, from Precision showed up the next morning and fixed the issues with in an hour. They offered me 3 prices ranges and gave me good suggestions on my door situation based off wear and tear/age. They also weren't annoyed they had to flag me from my work station as I work from home. I would highly recommend these guys again for anyone that has Garage door issues. I heard horror stories of a few thousand dollars to replace broken springs (both broke) in doors. I got away with $960 and the door sounds way better/quiet now!

Great professional service, but go figure the door and unit was working properly. Just was a pain when I used the remote it only opened 2 feet and then did that a few times, nothing in the way. Hope it doesnt come back but we shall see in the next few weeks, since had to hold the button inside for a bit for it to go. Maybe should have unplugged the unit too, like with computers, but great service and will refer people to you guys!

Service tech was timely, efficient and completed the new spring installation very well. We were happy with the same day service and the fact that the tech arrived very promptly within the time window we were quoted. We would definitely call Precision again if we have a garage door need !

We looked online last night when our garage door springs broke and was able to set up appointment the next day. With getting many options of repair or replacing the garage door, our technician Michael gave a great explanation of both. We decided to replace the entire door and mechanics. So relieved and happy with the quality repairs, parts and warranty. We paid a bit extra to get better quality parts but but we’re covered for ten years and have peace of mind. You get what you pay for. No more cables and springs snapping and stranding my car in the garage!

The work performed was well done. The one complaint I have is, when I was shown the quote for a new door opener, it did not include all the extra stuff done. After showing me the quote for the new opener he mentioned various concerns on our existing door, however by the time he finished addressing all that appeared to be wrong I was so confused I just said yes go ahead and take care of those things. I was not given any itemized prices for those extra things so was quite surprised to see our total went from $675 to $1635. I had already seen the quote for $675. I didn’t realize all the extras added on that much more to our bill. Quite the shock!

Everything went exceptionally well. Colin come early the next day, checked out the door and gave me two quotes, explaining my options. He was polite and knowledgeable. I think the whole job only took a half hour, which amazed me. The quick response was a major factor, local is very good and your BBB rating counts too. The cost came in below what I expected even though I went for new rollers. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors. I am very pleased. Thank you so very much for being exactly what I was looking for, service above and beyond the norm.
