I have a rental property where the garage door opener was not working. I had my handyman install it. It didn't work. I had Mr. Handyman come out and say the electrical in the garage needed updating. I had an electrician make all the updates. I then had Mr. Handyman come out again and they charged me $150 and didn't fix a thing. I finally called Precision and in less than a minute the technician, Rick Bourget, identified the problem and it was fixed like magic. This company does great work and knows exactly what they are doing.

New opener, rollers and bearings. Steve did a great job and was well informed. He performed the new install in a timely manner. As with everything, cost was a bit higher than anticipated.

We had a garage door repair - $934.00 According to Stu's appraisal of the situation, it sounded like the logical route to go. The spring was broken and the cable was off the spool. There was also wear in a couple of other areas. We hope this will be the last time we have to do anything to the garage door. Stu was very knowledgable, informative, and friendly. He didn't seem like he was just trying to get us to spend money, but in the long run that we were doing the right thing. Your motto " We fix garage doors right " made sense. We didn't check around with the competition but you had done work for us before. You had the parts to get the job done right then and there. I felt confident that Stu would do a good job and that your company would stand behind it. I hope my comments are helpful. Very nice garage doors, very pleased with the looks and quality, only reason for the 3 stars is that the installer did a very poor job of installing the decorative door handles, did not center properly and just eye balled things, the company did replace the panels and installed the handles properly, the technician that came to replace the panels did a very nice job, very pleased now.

Service man did good work finished job quickly and inspected all parts. I haven’t received my receipt of payment yet when will I get that, I would have perfered a printed receipt.

Dan was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and had the job done quickly and as promised. I was stuck in the garage with two cars due to a spring breaking. The door could not be lifted until the spring was fixed. He explained the issue the antipated repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly as I asked a lot of questions as usual. I would not change a spring in my own due to the safety concern but still like to know how things work. I would recommended Precision Door Service to anyone anytime. I called at 9 pm Wednesday and they were onsite Thursday early afternoon as promised. As a service person myself I understand that not all repairs go as planned and Dan was able to complete the repair in a timely manner and adapted to the challenge. We need more hard workers like him in the work force. Great job and thanks again for the great service!! Prices were fair and competitive.

The Precision technicians were on time. Stu checked everything out and explained options for repair. He answered all my questions, replaced broken parts, gave a tune up, and cleaned up. I would give the Technician a five star rating, I'm an old guy and nosey, I wanted to know just what was wrong with the door. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. I have to give you a 3 star on the price as I thought it was a bit pricey. I must say however I had called the day before and they got me in right away. They arrived on time and the Technician did a very good job. I would use your company again.

From my initial call to the repair of our garage door I would choose five stars. The young woman who took my information was courteous and thorough. Brian arrived within the time frame mentioned. I didn't know what to expect, since this was our first experience with Prescision, and our garage door opener was at least 20 years old, and not working well. Harris, the technician, was very nice and went right to work to diagnose the problem. He made some adjustments, and the garage door works like new, (well, almost; it IS old!) I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

I was very impressed by Stu. To start out, I place a premium on arriving during the window promised and I am happy to say that Stu showed up right in the middle of the promised window. He walked me through his observations of my garage door and then was able to fix the spring and get me going rather quickly. I would definitely recommend Stu.

The service tech arrived at the appointed time and completed the repairs in a very professional manner. He provided some good tips to keep the door operating better. He also inspected all of the door systems and adjusted as necessary to improve the door operation.
