Bakari did an excellent job. He began with a complete inspection of the door and pointed out other components that had already failed, or were about to. Sure this gets them more business, but it is also a good service in that it saves an extra service call when something else fails (and an extra couple of days of parking outside). Service was quick and he cleaned up after himself completely. After the job was complete he fully explained everything he did and even offered to adjust the garage door opener (which was not part of the repair).

Precision offers great customer service! They scheduled our garage door repair quickly and explained all of our options very clearly. We decided to replace the door instead of repair and the new door was installed the same day. Both Mike and Steve were professional, courteous and great to work with.
