I chose Precision Door because you offered an appointment within ~24 hours of my inquiry. I was stuck and needed a repair or replacement ASAP! The technician was more than prompt as he arrived two hours early! He was courteous, explained everything and answered all my questions. I give Ahmed Perkins an A++.

After a very lack luster encounter with another garage door company I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service. Our service tech. was Mario and what an absolute gem. He gave us 3 options to choose from and advised to each one of those options in depth. Mario was very personable and worked his tail off to get our door back in action. Should we have any additional garage door issues there is no other company I would use and would be requesting Mario if available.

Matthew was extremely friendly and professional! His knowledge of programing my garage openers was fantastic! he looked over my doors and told they were in great shape! Instead of trying to sell me something he said that the doors are in good working order! I would recommend Matthew Berends to anyone that needs help with their garage doors!

We were able to get a description of what was happening with the door to your company, which included a black bolt that I found on the floor. That resulted in the repair man knowing what was wrong before he got here, This was his 2nd visit here & each time he was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He is a good PR person for your company. Although, we were unable to find a way to leave the information about the problem on your website. If there is a way to do that, we were able to find it. We decided to drive to your building & delver the info.

Arrived at time indicated and took all of 10-15 minutes to resove the issue. Technician Aaron thought it might be a bad wire, tried that first and that resolved the problem. We were shocked when he told us what we owed, pleasantly surprised at the cost. Kudos Precision. Will definately use them again if necessary

I'm very pleased with my entire experience with Precision. I called on a Saturday expecting a following week appointment, but to my surprise it was the next day, a Sunday, and no extra charge. Colin was the service tech who repaired our garage door. We had a broken spring. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. After seeing the problem, he gave us several options to make the repair. He explained each option to us with the advantages and expectations of each. After we decided on how he was to make the repair, he completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of garage repairs. We have had other companies, and they don't compare. If we have any more garage door problems, we will be calling only Precision and we hope, we get Colin again.
