From my first call through installation, every person was professional and courteous. The schedule service was timely by the office personnel and the service tech called to estimate arrival time. Of course, when he arrived, the door functioned. But he provided us with options to resolve possible future issues. He performed his tasks quickly and efficiently. He also helped program the new opener with my vehicle. Every aspect of this service and purchase was outstanding.

We had used another company in the past and decided to try Precision based on company advertising. Precision exceeded our expectations. Mario was professional and polite and called ahead to notify that he was on his way. We had a problem with a sensor, the outside keypad and the openers seemed to be getting louder over the past year. Mario identified the sensor problem, checked all other sensors, worked with me to set up a new code and then manually worked the doors to determine that the springs needed adjustment. A quote was given before the work began, which I thought fair. I also like the email/text confirmation and reminders. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend the company to anyone.

What a surprise I had when suddenly and unexpectedly, the right cable on my garage door snapped! Of course the timing couldn’t have been worse, but thank goodness we have a car parked outdoors so at least we have transportation if needed, as it was the next day before Precision could help us out of this situation. Matthew was very professional, showed us our items in need of replacement, gave us an itemized quote with several options to choose from. He gave us 3 options to choose from and advised to each one of those options in depth. Mario was very personable and worked his tail off to get our door back in action. We were able to get a description of what was happening with the door to your company, which included a black bolt that I found on the floor. That resulted in the repair man knowing what was wrong before he got here, This was his 2nd visit here & each time he was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He is a good PR person for your company. Although, we were unable to find a way to leave the information about the problem on your website. If there is a way to do that, we were able to find it. We decided to drive to your building & delver the info.

Arrived at time indicated and took all of 10-15 minutes to resove the issue. Technician Aaron thought it might be a bad wire, tried that first and that resolved the problem. We were shocked when he told us what we owed, pleasantly surprised at the cost. Kudos Precision. Will definately use them again if necessary
