The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. Thanks to everyone involved in the company.

There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.

When we suddenly had to remove our garage door opener in 2024, we called two business based on Valpack coupons & checked customer reviews. We were in a panic & liked what we read about Precision. We called both businesses & Precision was able to come out that day. So, on a Sunday when the spring broke on our garage door, we called Precision & they were here in less than 2 hours. Nobody likes to spend money; however, when I do have to spend it, I want to get a sense of value out of the deal, and I did here. First off, being able to book an appointment 24 hours a day is a great service. Knowing I did not have to call first thing in the morning and hope to get on the schedule really gave me piece of mind. The tech showed up right in the middle of the time window, was professional, and got the job done correctly. I will have no problems recommending them to others in the future.

Garage door worked fine but small pieces of plastic appearing on track rollers and floor. I gave it a hard once over but couldn't find anything. Called Precision as the previously serviced door ( springs, cables rollers) and did great professional work, Service on this call done by Colin very knowledgeable and professional. Spent almost 30 minutes checking door, track, rollers and operator and found door in great operating shape. While he was up on ladder I saw what we believe to be the culprit a Styrofoam kit board up in rafters that someone had been chewing on. I'll blow out garage but I think although a strange problem Colin Fixed my door problem.
