My family and I had an unfortunate mishap from the icy conditions on our driveway, needless to say we needed a new garage door. From the moment Todd entered our home and introduced himself, my wife and I knew we were in good hands. Todd was honest and very knowledgeable on the exact door we needed and didn’t try to persuade me to purchase things that were not needed. Your company should be very proud to have a guy like Todd on your team! Things get even better with your team!! NEXT DAY INSTALL!!! Was fast and efficient! Jesus was very professional and took the time to explain the whole process and at the end when it was all installed again went though all the proper care needed for the door! His work is neat, clean and very very efficient! Once again another guy to be very proud of that is representing your team! I really appreciate everything you both have done for my family!!! I called Precision Doors because of your TV commercial and BBB rating. I called at 19:00 hours and spoke to a live person who was very professional and courteous. She gave me an appointment for the very next morning. The Tech was at my house at 09:00 the very next morning!! He spent time assessing the issue and provided me with three options. He thoroughly explained his findings. He was very personable and professional. An hour later, he completely repaired or replaced what needed to be done!! That was an amazing experience. Same day service for our broken garage door spring. Michael Jasso did an amazing job on the repairs, and giving us an education on proper care for the garage door in general. Needed Garage Door Springs replaced. Was able to get that taken care of the same day. You could tell that the Tech knew his stuff because he had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in less than an hour. He also recalibrated the garage door travel in minutes. Very satisfied.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. We had Matt come to our house to fix our garage door springs. Matt took the time to analyze our problems and make suggestions. After agreeing what needed to be done, Matt got to work and finished the job in a short amount of time.
