Jake the technician was amazing! He gave me all my price points so I could decide how much work I wanted to have done today. We had a spring break on our garage door on a cold Saturday late afternoon. I called Precision at 3:30 and by 5pm that same day we had a tech here to assess and fix the problem. He was very courteous and offered options, explanations and help. The door was fixed faster than we imagined and we could again use our garage. We appreciate the wonderful service received from the first phone call to final repair.

Super fast service. We called Saturday and a technician was out Sunday. He found a few additional issues and was able to solve them with the tools on the truck. We got a new opener and 2 door tune ups for the house. The new belt drive is so quiet! A+ service!

Great experience. Called at 8 A.M and service tech was at my house within an hour. Was very courteous and informative. Basically rebuilt my garage door. Replaced broken Torsion Spring, both pulleys, cables and all of the rollers with bearings. Greased and adjusted everything so all panels were were where they should be. Done!!! Sounds like a brand new door going up and down. Highly recommend this company. Would not hesitate to have them back again.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options.
