We had an old opener blow into pieces. Called Precision on a Saturday morning. Within an hour our Technician Matthew was on site and installed two new openers for us. Very professional and informative. Very pleased with the completed job.

We had the rubber bottom of our door fixed by another company by accident. We were informed that the Precision Tech who put in a new spring a year earlier was not enough for the weight of our door and that it was a safety issue as it would not stay up on its own if necessary to lift it manually. I called Precision regarding this. The scheduler was very polite and said a tech would come out to evaluate which they were prompt in coming. They accused the other company of tampering with the spring, and made the 2 turns necessary I am told to lighten the door. All was good til they charged the $159 service call charge which did not seem fair.

After seeing their TV commercial on the Fox morning news, I called Precision at about 8:15am and talked with a very nice woman who took down all of my information. She asked me if someone could come out to look at my door that same morning. I told her that would be awesome! At about 9:15 Jaden called to confirm my info. He arrived in uniform, and in a nice looking company truck, about 15 minutes later. He looked everything over and thoroughly reviewed his findings with me, offering me several options. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Just honest options. Since I am planning on replacing my two doors next year, I chose the base repair option and Jaden got to work. After about 45 minutes, he was finished. As a part of his service, he reconnected the opener that I had disconnected and made sure that everything was operating properly. He also pointed out the replacement cables and brackets that he had installed. By the end of the hour he had everything cleaned up and was on his way. I think that this was the most efficient and painless home appliance repair that I have ever experienced. Thanks to all at Precision Garage Door for your fast and reasonably priced help.

We had Matt come to our house to fix our garage door springs. Matt took the time to analyze our problems and make suggestions. After agreeing what needed to be done, Matt got to work and finished the job in a short amount of time. I called Precision Doors because of your TV commercial and BBB rating. I called at 19:00 hours and spoke to a live person who was very professional and courteous. She gave me an appointment for the very next morning. The Tech was at my house at 09:00 the very next morning!! He spent time assessing the issue and provided me with three options. He thoroughly explained his findings. He was very personable and professional. An hour later, he completely repaired or replaced what needed to be done!!
