Michael Jasso did an amazing job on the repairs, and giving us an education on proper care for the garage door in general. He was extremely professional, cleaned up after he was done, discussed all charges before doing the work, asked our opinion on the services offered, and was very efficient. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. Great experience. Called at 8 A.M and service tech was at my house within an hour. Was very courteous and informative. Basically rebuilt my garage door. Replaced broken Torsion Spring, both pulleys, cables and all of the rollers with bearings. Greased and adjusted everything so all panels were were where they should be. Done!!! Sounds like a brand new door going up and down. Highly recommend this company. Would not hesitate to have them back again.
