The garage doors needed a tune-up and one needed new cables. Rick examined all of the doors, clearly told me what needed to be done and accomplished all of the work in a very short period of time. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Very personable, and yet, professional. Another great experience with Precision.

He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, gave me an accurate estimate and finished the job in record time. All in a professional manner. Nice personality and very courteous. Service team arrived ~90 minutes from initial call to company. After assessment was completed, options were explained. Service was performed in about an hour. Service team was pleasant during this time and I would recommend Steve and Matt in the future.

Daniel was courteous and professional when he came out to install new springs in our garage door. He walked me through the inspection he was doing and explained to me the wear points and options available for replacing parts. When complete he showed me the removed worn parts next to the new parts so that I could see why they were ready to be replaced.
