Wow, what outstanding service! From the phone call that they're on the way to the introduction, Stu and Steve were amazing. Stu explained everything in detail. So happy they showed me the rollers and how rusty they were. With the new rollers I have piece of mind and can't hear the door even open. We had a broken spring and our garage door wouldn't open trapping both cars in inside. We called Precision Door service after a competitor promised to come today and then cancelled. The whole experience was really great. The customer service rep who answered the phone was very professional and knew all the right questions to ask. She was friendly and efficient. She scheduled for same day which made me happy and the tech called earlier than expected. When he arrived, Stu Ellenberger took a look at our garage door and said it needed to be rebuilt. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. The rebuild was cheaper than replacing all the individual parts and came with a longer warranty. Stu and his helper were done in about an hour and half. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I have a door problem I'll be calling here first! Highly recommend them.

Jason Masich called to let us know he was 1/2 hour away. Introduced himself and after inspecting the door laid out my options for door springs in an easy to understand low key manner. Very knowledgeable young man and got me operational in short order. I was a product manager for a door manufacturer for 25 years and I would recommend Precision Door and Jason for new and repair work. We originally bought our door from them and they're as great at Cusomer Service from Main Office to Door Techs now as they were 7 years ago. You can't go wrong with these folks.
