I had a roller that wasn't tracking properly. it wasn't fully seated in the track. I called at about 3:30pm on Friday and explained the problem to Gabby. She told me they would send someone out between 4:00 and 8:00pm. The repairman, Joe, arrive in about 5 minutes took a look at the problem and went to work to replace the roller and get it tracking correctly. Did an inspection and sprayed the rollers and spring with lubricant and finished what he called a tuneup and was gone by 3:50pm. Very impressive for an appointment that was supposed to be 4:00. He finished before the time of the appointment. Great service. Joe is a great repairman.

I called and made an appointment for your service. There is two ads for garage service on tv and I chose Precision because of the honesty and the workers. I felt the other ad was too arrogant. Now, as for the young man that came to service my garage door.....he was polite and he examined the door and explained what the door needed. He did not rush or not care. He was so helpful and again he made sure I had options and what the difference was between the options. I had questions about other parts and he explained what they were for........I didn't even know what they were for and was so surprised how important they are......and he left and everything was cleaned up. I thank Craig Renzaglia for the excellent job he did! No more water coming in under the door and no more worms!!

PRECISION responded to my broken garage door the next day after I called them late afternoon after work. The technician (Craig R.) was friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, cleaned up everything, and made sure I was comfortable working and understanding the new system. In addition, the new garage door opener is way quieter than the old one. I give them my highest recommendation! Bill A.

Thank you for your quick, professional response! I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Ahmad called ahead as he was going to be earlier than the four hour window that I was given. Ahmad was polite and patient as he listened to and answered all of my questions. Ahmad assured me that he would return if I had any trouble. I’m so happy that I called Precision! I had my garage door installed by you in 2011. Couldn’t be happier!

I setup schedule and Precision booked for next day and Jaxs came on time despite a 12-4pm window. Jaxs was absolutely a professional, he went above and beyond helping me to calibrate my 1950s garage doors that were not opening and closing properly. I was very impressed to get this white glove service which nowadays are nonexistence. I will highly use Precision on my next overhead door needs and will recommend to anyone looking for their services. IM

As usual, the service from Precision was superb. Matthew analyzed the issues quickly, provided a repair estimate and thorough explanation, then completed the work in no time at all. What would have got me full of grease and cursing like a sailor, Matthew handled with ease and skill. Our garage door was transformed from an inoperable mess to a smooth running movable barrier again. We highly recommend Precision.
