The representative that came out to fix my garage foor was a young man by the name of Jacob. Jacob was very knowledgeable and educated me on how you should spray your rollers at least twice a year so they stay lubricated. I was never advised to do that. He was professional and provide great customer service, along with fixing my garage in a time fashion.

I've used Precision before & I highly recommend them. They respond in a timely manner. Their techs are very nice & very helpful & very experienced. With all the frigid weather, my garage shifted & was causing problems with my opener. The tech found the problem immediately, fixed it & then made sure everything else was lined up properly. Everything is working smoothly again.

I was so impressed Matt didn’t oversell me on something I didn’t need. Belt on the opener had jumped the track, but he was able to correct it by reprogramming the opener. It was a 10 min fix and that was what I was charged for (besides the trip charge). Plus he showed me how to do it and answered the q’s I had re: garage door maintenance. My mum’s used Precision and has always been impressed with and comfortable around all the technicians dispatched to her house. I have no plans to use anyone else.

It took a month of repeated calls & messages before I even got to speak to a sales person. He was great and coordinated with a contractor to reframe my door. I started calling in August and eventually in October I put in my down payment but they refused to schedule the install until the door came in in December. I called repeatedly the first few weeks of December until they finally scheduled the install without coordinating with the contractor claiming they had no idea he was involved even though I'm certain i spoke to the same person multiple times. Finally, they scheduled me less than a week before I was to leave town, the first week of January, then cancelled the day before because it was supposed to snow. After a ton of back & forth they agreed to keep the original time & It rained, go figure. While I'm happy with the work, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't get certain parts I had paid for (they said they'd rectify it but so far I've heard nothing back), all the miscommunication with the office staff stretched the process out over 5 mths. While the install team did decent work and seemed to be nice guys they poorly cleaned up after themselves leaving me with about an hour of cleanup on my own time. Considering that I couldn't even get their competitor Geis to call me back I went with Precision. The 2 highest rated places in town both need better office staff in my opinion.

A friend of mine that is a tool & die maker recommended your company. We've known each other long enough that I value and follow his recommendations. The repair did not take long and Jake was very friendly and personable. He completed the task and reminded me to lubricate the equipment every 6 months.

Jacob was great! He was quick and efficient getting the new garage door opener installed and working. He answered all questions I had. Had no issues setting up an appointment in an online chat and the chat person answered all questions that I had. Also, technician arrive within the appointment window and called to let us know he was on his way and when to expect his arrival.

Matthew called ahead and arrived on time for my job with a smile. He was extremely personable and took his time to diagnose the issue with my garage door not closing. Matthew gave me multiple options based on budget for how to proceed, and offered his expertise and advice when I had questions - which was greatly appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently to replace aging springs and other components, and in the end my garage door opens just like it should again!
