Jacob was at my house this morning because I thought I needed a new garage door opener. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. It turned out that my keypad just needed to be reprogrammed. I appreciated his honesty. He could have sold me a new opener and I wouldn’t have known the difference. It is nice to know that Precision cares about its customers! I will definitely use them again and I will tell my friends about them.

My garage door's electric eye safety unit was knocked askew. I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Stu the repairman was prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He realigned the electruc eye units. He also replaced the wheels in my garage door and lubricated other parts. The door works smoothly and quietly now. He also offered advice if we need service in the future, based on his observations of our garage.

nice tec colin horsch came couldnt fix our problems.called his boss to find parts for our 50yr old garage. said thhey will call me if they can find parts. called back to check status,the person who answered said a message to them would be left. as of now still no response to our concern so sad and disappointed! cant recommend your company but will let my circle of friends know the lack of your customer service! sorry but show me other wise! customer Mark and Eleanore

I called your company because I used you before and was very satisfied. This time the door was not operating correctly. The person who answered the phone was very polite and gave me an appointment for a short time later. It worked out perfectly. The technician was here at the appointed time.He was friendly,knowledgeable,and professional. He finished the job in a couple of hours. I have used Precision twice and their response time is tremendous. They get to your house within hours of calling in a problem. Had them replace a malfunctioning garage door opener last year, and then recently to repair a cable that snapped and caused the door to lock up in the track. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. They also alert you to any issues that may help you prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend their service.

Prompt, Courteous, Patient - was Jacob the repairman Dec 7th. The company website asked the problem, said they had a 25 point inspection service and trip charge around $69 or $69.25 which would be waived if you do the service while he is there the first time. He gave me an estimate for a new door no charge! and some free advice. I would call them in the future without hesitation.

I like the fact that your ad says that someone local will answer your call. We were very pleased with our Service Technician, Matthew Berends. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He worked very hard to get everything fixed for us and told us exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. He did a great job.
