A courteous, talented hard working person was sent to my home. He knew exactly how to proceed. I believe his name was Amaad. (I could be off with the pronunciation or spelling.) I would recommend him to anyone who needs their garage door serviced. He installed a new set of springs because one of mine was broken. He also installed a new belt since mine was shredding and in obvious need of replacement. He put in a new opener after testing my old one and finding it was no longer up to the task The name of your business came through word of mouth.

Looked on the internet and Precision popped up on a Saturday late afternoon. I called to get someone locally based on Wisconsin zip code. I explained the problem (the garage door would not close unless I used the key and held it down until door closed); opening was not a problem but closing the door(even though it wanted to because the motor up top kept lighting and clicking). I cleared both sensors and tried to move one (blinking yellow) but I could not make any difference. Precision made an appointment for that Monday morning. When the technician arrived, he was able to evaluate not only the old sensors but the cables, rollers and brackets were all rotted/rusted and wired connections were interrupted. They also did a counter balance reset and cleaned up door system. This garage door was installed over 25 years ago and when shown the issues, I found it was something I never knew about the door - those areas were truly rusted and in bad shape. Also, I really had no idea what the cost would be, I am 80 yrs old and needed this fixed, so I was really thrown at first to find even with senior discount it came to $870..... but the technician Ahmad Perkins did a great job, understood what I needed and explained how it all worked together, educated me on things I never understood and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. Ahmad patiently answered all my questions, went through all the maintenance and parts, what he replaced showing me on the door how they should work and even updates on what to watch for (like the eyes blinking or the spring that is also old) if the door didn't lift - showing me also the manual pull and how to disengage by hand to open & close the door (he made it easier and lighter to lift for me if I had an emergency). I'm very happy I called Precision, even though it was costly I got excellent service right away with a very polite and knowledgeable technician. All fixed ! I'm a Very Satisfied Customer !!

We had an avcident that caused damage to our garage door and front panneling. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment same day within 30 minutes of my call! Very lucky. Ahmad was very professional during our emergency call. He provided solutions and helped determine next steps for repair, even though it ended up being an issue with foundation rather than the door itself. He provided further assistance in recommendations for future work on the door and running track once the foundation issue is fixed. Would definitely recommend Precision! Thanks, Ahmad!

I have not been pleased with the service that I got from Precision. The reason I say this is because, first they are quite expensive. Then, I had a problem with my garage door going up and called them back to come out and look at the door. They came out and said that the problem was not what they repaired and charged me another $70 for the trip. I do not recommend this company.

My garage door spring broke late Saturday night, called Precision Sunday afternoon. They were able to come out Monday at a preferred time that worked for my husband and I. Springs were replaced same day, which included a thorough exam of the drums & cables that were over 14+ years old. Mario was able to show us pictures of the frayed cables and educated us on the longevity of the current cables versus replacing. He got our garage door system back up and running, and now stronger than ever! Also helped us by using heavy duty equipment as my door is ~300 lbs. Thank you Mario for enduring the cold and taking care of us!
