I just moved into my first house a little less than a week ago and needed to get my two garage doors operational. One had a bent track, a vintage Sears/Craftsman (ah memories!) opener, and was dented, and the other had no opener at all! I booked my appointment online and Mario Velez was the technician that came out! He was early to the appointment and waited for me to get home as I was 30 minutes out. He was friendly, courteous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! He explained everything that needed to happen with the installation and have me options and solutions when he ran into a snag. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for the scope of work needed (just under $2000.00!) and everything was completed same day! Mario made sure the openers and keypads were programed and working before he left and left my garage exactly the way he found it! I absolutely will be recommending Precision (and Mario!) to anyone I know who needs garage door work done! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! :)

I had a roller that wasn't tracking properly. it wasn't fully seated in the track. I called at about 3:30pm on Friday and explained the problem to Gabby. She told me they would send someone out between 4:00 and 8:00pm. The repairman, Joe, arrive in about 5 minutes took a look at the problem and went to work to replace the roller and get it tracking correctly. Did an inspection and sprayed the rollers and spring with lubricant and finished what he called a tuneup and was gone by 3:50pm. Very impressive for an appointment that was supposed to be 4:00. He finished before the time of the appointment. Great service. Joe is a great repairman.

The technician arrived on time and asked questions about the garage door's performance. After our discussion, he proceeded to examine the door and performed the necessary maintenance. He returned and explained the garage door functioned properly and required minimum maintenance. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Our relationship with Precision spans over thirty years. I called and made an appointment for your service. There is two ads for garage service on tv and I chose Precision because of the honesty and the workers. I felt the other ad was too arrogant. Now, as for the young man that came to service my garage door.....he was polite and he examined the door and explained what the door needed. He did not rush or not care. He was so helpful and again he made sure I had options and what the difference was between the options. I had questions about other parts and he explained what they were for........I didn't even know what they were for and was so surprised how important they are......and he left and everything was cleaned up. I thank Craig Renzaglia for the excellent job he did! No more water coming in under the door and no more worms!!

I chose Precision Garage Door company mainly due to recognizing the organazation from TV advertizing I remembered seeing over the past years. My door broke down on a Friday afternoon. Remembering they were a 24/7 service company with no upcharging for weekend visits, I liked what I saw on their website. Other companies did not present thier services as well. The service scheduler on the phone call was friendly and empathetic to my situation. She asked all the right questions and provided a timely slot to have a technicion appointment. When Mathew showed up (on time) he had all the parts necessary for the repair. He prepared and provided me with a list of the work needed and options for what work he recommended preforming now. His review covered the entire door and opener, not just the broken spring. Mathew worked quickly and safely and the door was repaired within 24 hours of when it broke. He cleaned up after the job and left me with some good information on some minimal maintenance I could do. I was impressed with the 5 year warranty on their parts and labor.

I had previously called one of your competitors and they had not been interested in trying to fix my issue but only wanted to sell me a new garage door opener. I told them that I really didn't want to spend a lot of money as our garage doesn't really hold much of value. The number I was given was outrageous and I told them no thank you. When Ahmad came to look at our door, his first question was, what would I like to achieve. As a professional BD person myself, I appreciated that because at the end of the day, that is what is important. Needless to say, I told him, I just wanted to be able to lift the door easier. With that said, he quoted me for new rollers, that would solve our most pressing issue. However, when I mentioned to him what I was quoted for a new garage door opener he laughed and said we can do it for X. Me having told him what I had been quoted by others, he could have tried to inflate the price but he didn't. He offered me a very fare price and honestly one that I hadn't expected. Bottom line both Ahmad and Precision are honest, fare, professional and I am very appreciative of the work they did. If I could give them 10 stars I would. As I said, I am a business development guy so I am especially hard on sales and service people and Ahmad absolutely exceeded all expectations. Clip this how you need to but I would highly recommend this company and especially Ahmad.
