Amazing service. I called Precision Garage Door and a real person answered the phone. She was polite, professional, and scheduled an appointment the next day. Colin, the technician, called ahead to state that he was on his way. My garage was fixed and I am pleased with the entire experience. The service tech from Precision, Tanner, came out within an hr of me calling. He throughly assessed the issue with my garage door and presented a number of options for me to consider. nice tec colin horsch came couldnt fix our problems.called his boss to find parts for our 50yr old garage. said thhey will call me if they can find parts. called back to check status,the person who answered said a message to them would be left. as of now still no response to our concern so sad and disappointed! cant recommend your company but will let my circle of friends know the lack of your customer service! sorry but show me other wise! customer Mark and Eleanore

Service was here within a couple hours on a Saturday. Jake was very professional and very well mannered. He tried the least expensive option first but I had a very old opener and just needed a new one. The service was honest and swift.

I called your company because I used you before and was very satisfied. This time the door was not operating correctly. The person who answered the phone was very polite and gave me an appointment for a short time later. It worked out perfectly. I have used Precision twice and their response time is tremendous. They get to your house within hours of calling in a problem. Had them replace a malfunctioning garage door opener last year, and then recently to repair a cable that snapped and caused the door to lock up in the track. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. They also alert you to any issues that may help you prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend their service.

Our garage door decided to be difficult and stop working early one very cold morning. Found PDS on Google and called them. Firstly talking to a polite and professional operator was a nice change and then to have two friendly and again professional Techs turn up within 2 hours, was a complete surprise. Can't recommend them enough.

Prompt, Courteous, Patient - was Jacob the repairman Dec 7th. The company website asked the problem, said they had a 25 point inspection service and trip charge around $69 or $69.25 which would be waived if you do the service while he is there the first time. He gave me an estimate for a new door no charge! and some free advice. I would call them in the future without hesitation.

Mike did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and polite. I was also pleased that he was able to come within a couple of hours of placing my call to Precision. He analyzed the repair, explained the options for repair and completed the repair in 45 minutes. He also cleaned the area upon completion.

To start, I called and Stu, the technician was able to stop by same day. Stu showed up and had diagnosed the problem and had a solution in minutes. He was efficient and exceedingly courteous and kind. My expectations were exceeded and I am so thankful that I called Precision Garage first. You have earned a loyal customer for life.
