We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased. Today when a spring broke on the garage door we knew who to call. Again the service tech, Matthew Berends, was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed faster than expected. Keep up the great service.

We had a great experience with Precision Door Service. From the first phone call to the technician that came out. The initial phone call was very professional and she was helpful and understood my urgency. The technician spent a long time working on our garage to make it perfect! He explained everything and gave us different options on how we could fix our issue. From the less expensive to the most. His professionalism and honesty was much appreciated. I feel like it was merely false advertising over the phone vs when the technician can out. The quote on the phone was $225-350. In person price was $1100-$1900, totally unexpected. My time was wasted and money spent on travel was unnecessarily wasted as well! Very disappointed!

I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.

It took a month of repeated calls & messages before I even got to speak to a sales person. He was great and coordinated with a contractor to reframe my door. I started calling in August and eventually in October I put in my down payment but they refused to schedule the install until the door came in in December. I called repeatedly the first few weeks of December until they finally scheduled the install without coordinating with the contractor claiming they had no idea he was involved even though I'm certain i spoke to the same person multiple times. Finally, they scheduled me less than a week before I was to leave town, the first week of January, then cancelled the day before because it was supposed to snow. After a ton of back & forth they agreed to keep the original time & It rained, go figure. While I'm happy with the work, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't get certain parts I had paid for (they said they'd rectify it but so far I've heard nothing back), all the miscommunication with the office staff stretched the process out over 5 mths. While the install team did decent work and seemed to be nice guys they poorly cleaned up after themselves leaving me with about an hour of cleanup on my own time. Considering that I couldn't even get their competitor Geis to call me back I went with Precision. The 2 highest rated places in town both need better office staff in my opinion.
