I am a returning customer and I continue to be impressed with the speed and friendliness of the people I dealt with. From the phone call to set up the service to the repairman who arrived the same day I was happy for their attention to my issue. The repairman, Jaxon, was pleasant and efficient in accessing the damage and offering suggestions. When it became apparent that we'd need a new garage door, he called the sales person and set up an appointment for the next day. Todd, the salesman, arrived as scheduled and after reviewing the site offered suggestions and showed examples for a replacement. He explained the differences and was candid about the pricing. There was no pressure at all. The only negative, and it isn't their fault, is that we had to order the door and the company that makes the doors doesn't provide a timeline for how long it will take other than "around a month." That's frustrating for them and for the buyer. That said, I can not speak highly enough about the service provided. We're anxious to get our new door and confident we will be pleased.

I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with Colin and of course Precision Garage Door Repair.

As usual, the service from Precision was superb. Matthew analyzed the issues quickly, provided a repair estimate and thorough explanation, then completed the work in no time at all. I had been without the use of the garage door opener for a couple days so am very happy with the new unit installed. I had no idea however that the cost in the flyer I received by mail was the LOWEST price @$649 and that there were no other options except 2 MORE expensive options. I definitely would have called around had I known this.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I got quotes from several garage door companies in and around Milwaukee and Precision Garage Door Service of Milwaukee had the best price and warranty. Todd was amazing to work with on the sales side, scheduling was hassle free and kudos to Shawn, and his partner technician who did a great job on the installation despite it being one of the coldest days of the year.

I called Precision Door Service because they had worked on my garage door before and did a good job. I called this time because my garage door would not close. They sent a repair person the same day I called. He was Mario. He arrived earlier than when they said he would, but had called before to say that he would and I agreed. He repaired my door eyes in less than an hour and did a good job. The door works fine now.

Not only did he explain what was causing the problem but what we could do to avoid this situation it in the future. This information was never given to us when we had our garage door replaced a couple of yrs. ago. In addition Mario noticed another problem that could be a concern if left unattended.
