Jacob was great! He was quick and efficient getting the new garage door opener installed and working. He answered all questions I had. Had no issues setting up an appointment in an online chat and the chat person answered all questions that I had. Also, technician arrive within the appointment window and called to let us know he was on his way and when to expect his arrival.

Matthew called ahead and arrived on time for my job with a smile. He was extremely personable and took his time to diagnose the issue with my garage door not closing. Matthew gave me multiple options based on budget for how to proceed, and offered his expertise and advice when I had questions - which was greatly appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently to replace aging springs and other components, and in the end my garage door opens just like it should again! I had Precision come out to fix my garage door. They fixed the door, but it was really expensive. The worker that came was great. Once the work was completed the door worked 2/3rds of the time. I called to have them come back to get the door to work 100% of the time. The second time the worker came back I had already paid for something he never completed. When he was back it was a 10 minute stop which he tried to line up the sensors better. I got charged for this and was irritated by this. I also called and emailed to talk to someone about this. No one ever got back to me. Because of this I will never do business with Precision again.

I called precision garage door to set up an appointment the lady on the phone was nice and courteous she gave me an appointment for the same day. The gentleman that came was also nice and knowledgeable he fixed it in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!!

I had a broken garage door spring, Precision came out and quoted me a price of almost $1,300. wanted to do a total replacement of all wheels, rollers, etc. on a garage door in very good shape. I told them I was going to hire someone else and they lowered their price to $540 to replace the springs. took the guy 15 min and he was out. I had a quote of $400 from another company but they were booked for 2 days so I gave Precision a try. Never again.

I like the fact that your ad says that someone local will answer your call. We were very pleased with our Service Technician, Matthew Berends. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He worked very hard to get everything fixed for us and told us exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. He did a great job.

Jacob was at my house this morning because I thought I needed a new garage door opener. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. It turned out that my keypad just needed to be reprogrammed. I appreciated his honesty. He could have sold me a new opener and I wouldn’t have known the difference. It is nice to know that Precision cares about its customers! I will definitely use them again and I will tell my friends about them.
