Precision was suggested to me through Angi’s list. They contacted me right away and set me up with a same day appointment to analyze the problem I was having. Jake was my repairman. He was professional, polite and had a disarmingly kind disposition which I appreciate. He quickly provided my wife and I with a diagnosis and two repair options. Jake had us operating better then it was before the breakdown on a relatively short period of time. I’m skeptical of repair sales people and sales pitches but, I was extremely comfortable with Jake.

I was referred to precision door by Angie’s list. The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable. We have ordered a new garage door and hope to have it installed within the next week. The last time I used precision was 15 years ago when they replaced my garage springs and I was happy with it

Technician called ahead of time notifying me of time of arrival which is always appreciated. He listened to my current problems with the opener and listened to my possible ideas of what was going on. He did a thorough check of the door and through some good problem-solving, he came up with the probable cause of the problem. He was very kind and personable.

Installer did a great job, was polite and professional. They were able to arrive faster than other services and prices were reasonable. In hindsight, I realize I didn't need the up-sell of pulleys and bearings. Otherwise, very satisfied

I could not be happier with the service received. From the time I called for service to the time the technician arrived to install a new garage door opener, and fix my garage door which had wrong parts installed prior to me purchasing the house that made it dangerous to use in the manual mode which I didn’t know about, a total of 3.5 hours had passed. Michael, the technician, was professional, asked questions, listened to what I had to say, and the work was done. Awesome!

Eric was our technician/ he arrived in a timley manner and completed the work in a courteous and timley maner. results were excellent and the gradge door works smoth and quiet now. he had to re mount the bracket to the garage ceiling because the wood where it use to hang was all rioed up. overall execllent service and work

The young man who repaired my garage door opener worked long and hard on old equipment. I believe he was frustrated with not being able to access wiring that was above ceiling tile. I appreciated his effort on a cold afternoon.

Your company was a pleasure to work with, and you solved my problem quickly (electrical issue with the garage door opener). I especially appreciate two things: (1) When I called, I got a firm appointment for two days hence. Eric (the workman) called beforehand and arrived on time. (2) Eric himself did a great job, and he took the time to explain the background issues as well as a workaround for me to use in the future. I originally called my garage door's manufacturer for repair service, but they wanted almost $200 just to show up. It seemed excessive so I looked up other options. Precision had a professional looking website with many locations and good reviews. They also are available on weekends at no extra charge, which is convenient for me since I work pretty much normal business hours. I was given a time frame of noon - 4, and got a call from Pedro at around 1:00 to let me know he was going to arrive within a half hour. Pedro took time to look over all the essential parts of my garage door, and then explained what was still in pretty good shape and showed me what was in most need of repair. He showed me a list of repair options including cost and warranty. I felt his evaluation was fair and honest with no pressure to upsell so I could make my best choice to fix what I needed to and leave alone what was good. Pedro's a great guy who I felt like I got to know a little bit and we shared some laughs. He helped be save where I could to keep the price reasonable. I have a small issue with an old lock that isn't very secure and Pedro did his best to tighten it up best he could but didn't have the parts to completely secure an old lock like mine. He did make calls to try to locate replacement parts and promised to follow up with me and I trust that he will.
