I was very very happy with my experience on yesterday. Craig was my tech. He is very very valuable to this company. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He knows his craft. He explained everything before starting the job with options and prices. After coming to an agreement the job was professionally done with speed. I was surprised he had completed everything so quickly. He installed a garage door opener with 2 new remotes, installed new sensors and a new wall switches. He told me this opener would be quieter and it is very quiet. Wow!! As you can see I am very impressed and pleased with Craig and his work. Thank you

Technician arrived when they said they would. Assessed the damage but went above and beyond to inspect the whole garage door. Said everything else looked great and didn’t try to upsell anything. Mario was fantastic. Lubricated everything and the door sounds better than when it was new. In and out in an hour. Great service all around.

The door had worked for quite a while with broken springs. But, yesterday, the last spring broke leaving me with no access to my garage. I picked out service from this company by using my computer. I picked the first phone number that was available and called it yesterday. My appointment was set for today some time between 2 and 6 p.m. The technician arrived about 4 hours early. He showed me the damage that had occurred in my garage and with my order, proceeded to replace all of the damaged equipment and render the garage door fully workable once again. I would like to offer high gratitude to the technician whose work is of the highest quality. In person, he is a really nice guy. AFJ

A salesperson showed up the same day I called and provided samples that could be reviewed with my existing conditions. Unfortunately, an estimate was not provided right away so I have to wait to make a decision about which company to go with. A approximate range was provided initially but that could be nearly $800 more than the estimate from the first company…and the approximate time for installation was several weeks further out than the first company. Both companies are reputable so I will give Precision a little time to get back to me with a final estimate.

I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. I was treated poorly by another company who was not, in fact, #1, and was treated so we'll with Precision.

Being new to the area, I let the online reviews be my guide. I was able to schedule next day service to have a new garage door opener installed. The technician Jake, arrived at my home early, explained the features of the units that were available, and then went right to work. In just over an hour, the opener was installed. Jake explained the operation and was on his way leaving the garage as neat as it was before performing the service.

Craig the technician was on time exactly early, he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different options I had fixing the problem with my garage door opener. He ended up putting on new door sensors, which was alot cheaper than a new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to any one looking for a garage fix

We called Precision because the company had serviced our garage door some years earlier. The office answered our call promptly and scheduled us for service for the next morning. The technician (Bill) called when he was on the way early that day and, upon arrival, listened attentively as I described the problem we were experiencing with the closing of the door. He then thoroughly checked out the door itself and the opener, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and got to work to address it. He completed the job within half an hour. I was very pleased with my interactions with Bill and with the quality of his work, and I found the cost (which he had quoted in advance) to be reasonable. I was also very pleased with the timeliness of the scheduling and the promptness of the work itself. I would call again when future needs ariase.

We have just started the process of a wood grain door selection. The team have been fantastic from the moment I filled out the online form. I received a call immediately to schedule. The sales team—Todd and Craig—showed up right on time and could not have been more friendly and helpful. They’re currently driving around my neighborhood to look at a couple of houses whose doors I like so they can better advise. They just left, and I’ve received a thank you email from the owner.
