I called Precision Door Service because they had worked on my garage door before and did a good job. I called this time because my garage door would not close. They sent a repair person the same day I called. He was Mario. He arrived earlier than when they said he would, but had called before to say that he would and I agreed. He repaired my door eyes in less than an hour and did a good job. The door works fine now.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mario from Precision Garage Door company. Not only did he explain what was causing the problem but what we could do to avoid this situation it in the future. This information was never given to us when we had our garage door replaced a couple of yrs. ago. In addition Mario noticed another problem that could be a concern if left unattended. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the courteous and professionalism presented by Mario. This tells me a lot about how the company carries itself in the community it services. Thanks to all of you and happy holidays!

You were highly recommended by our neighbor Greg M. Your technician, Colin H. was fantastic. We will absolutely recommend him & your company to others.

Just can't thank your company enough. Your tech, Mario, was awesome! Did a fantastic job, took care of my problem & replaced the old unit with a new one, belt now vs the old chain, put on the keypad & had us up & running a little over an hour after he arrived. The door works beautifully & sounds so quiet! Truly appreciate him & your company for the work and the warranties. Thanks again & happy holidays! Sincerely, K.R.

My technician Colin Horsch was great. Very informative about my system as a whole and very helpful in planning what my next steps are. He completed the job very quickly and made me part of the process by letting me know my costs up front and letting me know what the repair involved. He is a great asset to your company.

Precision was prompt, respectful, and professional! The technician did not try to pressure us into things we didn't need, and he gave us great advice! All we needed was a door tune-up.

Service Tech was great. Within 24hrs or repair I received a mail coupon for springs which would have saved me $150 or more. So I called….Surprise Surprise nobody ever returned my call about this situation. Once they got my money that’s all they cared about. Ruined what could have been a great experience.

Exceeded Expectations! After a contractor did work on my garage floor, my door stopped working. I tried figuring it out by myself, but needed help. Because it was on a Sunday, I asked for an afternoon time window because I had church in the morning. My service tech, Ahmad, arrived early and waited until I returned. Grateful! He then fixed the problem, after explaining what happened. He was very polite and thorough. I highly recommend your company, and Ahmad!

Colin, my service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was needed to address my garage door problem. Service was completed in a timely manner and I’m very pleased with the whole process. This was the second time I’ve worked with Colin for different issues. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage door needs.

I was very very happy with my experience on yesterday. Craig was my tech. He is very very valuable to this company. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He knows his craft. He explained everything before starting the job with options and prices. After coming to an agreement the job was professionally done with speed. I was surprised he had completed everything so quickly. He installed a garage door opener with 2 new remotes, installed new sensors and a new wall switches. He told me this opener would be quieter and it is very quiet. Wow!! As you can see I am very impressed and pleased with Craig and his work. Thank you

Technician arrived when they said they would. Assessed the damage but went above and beyond to inspect the whole garage door. Said everything else looked great and didn’t try to upsell anything. Mario was fantastic. Lubricated everything and the door sounds better than when it was new. In and out in an hour. Great service all around.

The door had worked for quite a while with broken springs. But, yesterday, the last spring broke leaving me with no access to my garage. I picked out service from this company by using my computer. I picked the first phone number that was available and called it yesterday. My appointment was set for today some time between 2 and 6 p.m. The technician arrived about 4 hours early. He showed me the damage that had occurred in my garage and with my order, proceeded to replace all of the damaged equipment and render the garage door fully workable once again. I would like to offer high gratitude to the technician whose work is of the highest quality. In person, he is a really nice guy. AFJ

A salesperson showed up the same day I called and provided samples that could be reviewed with my existing conditions. Unfortunately, an estimate was not provided right away so I have to wait to make a decision about which company to go with. A approximate range was provided initially but that could be nearly $800 more than the estimate from the first company…and the approximate time for installation was several weeks further out than the first company. Both companies are reputable so I will give Precision a little time to get back to me with a final estimate.

Craig was very courteous and installed my new motor quickly. He was kind enough to also adjust the hanging bracket so the belt doesn't rub on the overhead door anymore. A good asset to your company.

I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. I was treated poorly by another company who was not, in fact, #1, and was treated so we'll with Precision.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Precision out for my garage door needs. I couldn’t be happier with both my experiences. I even had my daughter contact them for service on her garage door. She was extremely satisfied as well. Prompt, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Friendly service is what you get!!
