I picked your company because I had used it a couple years ago and had a great experience. The technician this time was friendly and professional, too. He assessed the situation in the morning and then installed the new opener, rail, key pad and button for door. He reminded me to register the new equipment online. Very personable guy. Our garage door broke and wouldn't open. Luckily, Precision was able to come and save the day. Jezrel White was our technician. He was by far the nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with. Jezrel was super friendly and very professional. He was able to identify the problem, clearly explain it to me, install the new springs and get my garage door fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door issues.

I chose your company based on your yellow page ad. I opted for a new opener rather than to repair it. I wanted both a functioning keypad and a car remote that actually worked. I also chose to get new springs, cables and brackets, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did on the previous opener. *** was excellent (5 stars!!!). He explained all my options clearly and was more than competent in his installation of the work and new product instructions.
