I live in a beautiful house on the east side and I have very old, very heavy garage doors that I love. A big old spring snapped, and Stu arrived within 2 hours to not only fix it, but make it safer. So pleased, that I am having him upgrade my other two doors. Stu was very pleasant, explained the issues well, and the best most efficient way to address. Highly recommend Stu!!

The person I had was amazing. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. While I wasn’t able at this time to fix my garage, I can now take steps to make sure the electrical outlets are all working proper to make sure when they come back and do the install, it can’t void the warranty. They put me first as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone who has garage issues.

He explained everything to us and told us everything that he was doing. He was prompt, provided clear, specific and proactive communication and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was installed correctly and safely. He was professional and left the site clean and tidy. We had a particularly tough situation as our old, heavy door had come off the hinges and another company left it collapsed and inside out. Brandon immediately assessed the situation and figured out what he had to do in order to get the job done with a positive attitude. I would request him again and would recommend Precision Door to others.

Needed a garage new door. Precision Door, Nick Oelze, came out and explained all of the options and measured everything. Nick was great to work with - very pleasant, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Precison was the second company we got a quote from but based on how professional they were, responsive, timely, and knowledgeable we went with them. In one week our door was ready for installation and they did it in 3 hours. Great service! Would recommend to anyone.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for someone to look at my garage door..they said they could come the same day..WOW..Rick the technician called before arriving AND came 15 min earlier than the projected appointment range. He spent time showing me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He gave me 3 options..good, better, best and then let me choose. Their was no high pressure and in fact he explained the pro's and con's of each scenario. He gave me an estimate of how long his work would take and had to be creative in solving an unexpected issue he came upon as he was working. My door works great..it's now in "Stealth" mode. Doesn't make a sound when going up or down and smooth as silk. Incidentally, I mentioned that my garage door openers don't work well and how frustrated I am at having to be so close before they open. He informed me that if you use LED lights in your garage door opener they can interfere with the radio frequency of the door opener signal. Who'd of known..Bonus...Would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door maintenance/work.
