Initial contact for service did not go well. Operator's headset was not working correctly and kept cutting in and out. I called back again and was able to schedule a call but with difficulty. The service tech and a trainee arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They had the required cables and brackets on the truck and were able to fix the problem in about 45 minutes. Both techs were pleasant and professional in appearance. This was my third experience with Precision Door in 16 years. I will continue to call them as needed and would recommend them to anyone else needing garage door service.

Very nice garage doors, very pleased with the looks and quality, only reason for the 3 stars is that the installer did a very poor job of installing the decorative door handles, did not center properly and just eye balled things, the company did replace the panels and installed the handles properly, the technician that came to replace the panels did a very nice job, very pleased now.

FABULOUS service! I contacted 3 other Garage Door places before choosing Precision. None of them seemed all too interested in getting my business. But a real person answered my call to Precision, took all my information promptly and correctly and within minutes I received a confirmation E-Mail telling me exactly who would be coming by and when. An hour before my appointment I received a call from the service person and he told me exactly when he would be stopping by. H was extremely polite, friendly, funny and competent. He explained to me exactly what the problem with my garage door opener was and how he planned to fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Stu Ellenberger came out to our home to give us a bid on replacing our garage doors. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and gave us many good suggestions regarding choosing a garage door. We especially liked the fact that for every suggestion he made he gave us reasons behind his suggestion. Stu was very pleasant and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I was surprised that I would need service on a door installed less than 4 mos. ago - however glitches can happen I guess. However I did receive prompt and very courteous service from tech Stan. Was able to talk to a rep. & get the service I needed right away. Tried other companies with the numbers being disconnected or no one would answer. I know if I have a problem I can call & someone is there night or day 7 a week , even on weekends - Saturday or Sunday. That is reassuring if I have a problem someone is there to answer the phone & send someone out if needed.

Well Brian, since you asked... I contacted your company based on an add in our local phone book - Burlington, WI. Your technician Stu came out and immediately told me that my door was a cheap one and there was no professional garage door company that would touch it. He told me that it had a cheap easy wind spring system and that he could replace it with a torsion spring system. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate for the job in the amount of $983.95. I felt that seemed pretty high and told him I would discuss it with my husband and call if I wanted him to do the work. I then called the Joe Wilde Company. Their technician came out and diagnosed the problem identical to your tech. The price however was "jaw droppingly" less. They charged me just $380.00 for the replacement as well as lubricating and assessing the health of my other 2 doors! Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion because a difference $604.00 for the same job and I have no doubt - comparable parts and material is shocking and you might want to review your prices and practices. I know that this review will never show up on your website but you know that you will never get a recommendation from me. Good luck with your business.
