When I called for the repair service, had difficulty with the ability to hear the call taker and I was not fully certain if my needs were met. The repairman did call to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was neat, clean and polite. I found him to be attentive to my requests and knowledgeable in his trade. I would not hesitate to use the company or repairman again.

Garage door was making a "slam" noise each time opened or closed. Stu came and in 5 minutes saw the problem and had it fixed in another 15 minutes. The Rail header bracket had come loose from the header wall. He changed the screws to a longer size and secured the bracket to the wall. All is well. Thanks, Stu. Bob Sheehan - Mequon, WI

I liked the website when I was taken to it after searching for "overhead garage door" - or something like that. And there was the telephone number so I could call. Easy. I have wasted much time trying to find a telephone number on other websites. When I called it was easy to get an appointment without endless quests for more information about me. And the repair person who came was friendly, polite, and competent. I have accepted his advice.

Precision Door Service is a SCAM. I called and scheduled a service for a broken cable and was quoted on the phone a price of $90-$120 + a unheard of surcharge of an additional $15. Service tech arrived and told me that I now would need Bottom Brackets at $70.00 a pair ( You can buy them at Menards for $10.00 a pair) and I would also be charged $150.00 to have the springs retention. Service Tech now estimated the job would cost in total about $450.00, almost four times what I was originally quoted! I told the Technician to leave because I wasn't going to pay that much for a simple repair. On a side note I was able to secure a different provider to replace both cables, bottom brackets with new nylon rollers, retention the main springs and completely lubricate the rollers, hinges, bearings and even the overhead door opener for $150.00!!!

The team at Precision was responsive, attentive and professional from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Alex, our installer. He had a great sense of humor, spent time to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction and was a delight. He was great with out dogs and helped us understand our new opener, remotes, keypad, and the cool new wireless features of the opener too. I hope to NEVER have to see anyone from Precision again (because of the new everything), but I won't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends.

While I found the employee very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, the quote was not. Sticker shock to say the least. I got second opinion and quote and went with them. Work completed next day and for less than half the price. Sorry!

Alex installed a new garage door opener today after thoroughly explaining all the options. I am so happy to have a smoothly functioning door again, after being unable to open my garage door over Christmas! These things always seem to go wrong at the worst times. Alex was kind, friendly, and professional. He gets extra points for bringing in my two garbage cans, unasked!

I had a problem with my garage door not opening. I looked up repair services on Google and your company looked the best. I called had a appointment made for the next day. The tech who worked on the door his name is Matt. Was on time and did a great job. He showed me everything that needed repairs. It's an old garage door. He ran into a couple of snags but made sure everything was working before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and professionalism. We'll gladly call you back for other work that comes up. Thanks, Rich Mesa

The repair was done in just a few hours after the initial call and it took only about an hour. Very happy with the new opener, as it is very quiet, like the motion light in the garage, entry pad, etc.

Precision was very quick to meet our needs. There was less than 24 hours from call to repair. The gentlemen completing the repair were very professional, understanding of our needs and very forthright on repairs they were completing. They are the class of this industry.
