While I found the employee very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, the quote was not. Sticker shock to say the least. I got second opinion and quote and went with them. Work completed next day and for less than half the price. Sorry!

I had a problem with my garage door not opening. I looked up repair services on Google and your company looked the best. I called had a appointment made for the next day. The tech who worked on the door his name is Matt. Was on time and did a great job. He showed me everything that needed repairs. It's an old garage door. He ran into a couple of snags but made sure everything was working before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and professionalism. The repair was done in just a few hours after the initial call and it took only about an hour. Very happy with the new opener, as it is very quiet, like the motion light in the garage, entry pad, etc.

Very efficient service. I called Thursday night and had an appointment for Friday afternoon. The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and was efficient himself. My only complaint is that there is a $70 trip charge in addition to labor and parts. I feel if you choose to have the work done, the trip charge should be waived. Otherwise, my small 30 minute job still cost over $200. The part was $80 or $90, The rest labor and trip charge.

All i thought i needed was an adjustment, because my door was on even and when it came down the top garage panel hits the top of the garage frame, however they told me that 3 bearings needed replacing plus and re-aligned. The cost was $65 per bearing and $150 dollars for garage to be re-aligned, plus service charge , for a total of $420.00 plus tax. I told the tech that i could not paid that amount, and i could replace the whole garage door for that amount.... He said that the door has damage and it ( yes, it did) however it was working just fine with damage, 4 days ago when i replaced the springs myself,i just did not aligned it correctly, so far as i could tell is if they adjusted it , it would work fine...Long story short...i felt the service was very over priced and one of the Service Tech could have been a little more customer friendly, other then that , Never got to use your service,so my rating is based on my encounter with Service Tech, also he tried to charge me a $84.95 trip charge .However i was quoted $69.95 on the phone when making appointment, the one Service Tech how take my payment seemed annoyed that said that , so i told him to call the company, because i only going to pay what i was quoted. He did not like that and had the attitude that i lie about the trip charge. In my opinion the service was very overpriced. My rating is based only on my interaction with one of Service Tech.

Once again very good service, very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We thought there was something wrong with the garage door opener but after having it all checked out, there was nothing wrong with it. Just needed to move some items away from the sensors.

Daniel was courteous and professional when he came out to install new springs in our garage door. He walked me through the inspection he was doing and explained to me the wear points and options available for replacing parts. When complete he showed me the removed worn parts next to the new parts so that I could see why they were ready to be replaced.

I have used Precision Service a few years ago... very satisfied with the job. Our Cable broke now after many years. The Service person came right away, was very good to talk with & he explained what was wrong. Completed the job in good order & was very personable. Rick Bourget called ahead of appointment time period to identify ETA which was helpful. He diagnosed the situation with the bottom seal, replaced it and at my request also did a check-up on system since it was some time from last work. He identified status of gear and sprocket chain drive and showed me the shavings and sprocket wear. They were replaced and drive was adjusted to be in balance on closing. He also checked the door closer and light. He was thorough and worked with efficiency in his work. These systems are pretty complex when you see them opened up. Staff has to know a lot about them. Also find that should have periodic check ups and keep lubricating the bearings etc. with synthetic spray - not oil.

Technician Rick was right on time and efficiently corrected a situation in which the wall anchor bracket for the operating track pulled away from the wall, and adjusted spring tension, a process that can be hazardous for those who might try to Do-It-Yourself. Reasonable charge. Great company and I'll call them again if need be.

We had a garage door repair - $934.00 According to Stu's appraisal of the situation, it sounded like the logical route to go. The spring was broken and the cable was off the spool. There was also wear in a couple of other areas. We hope this will be the last time we have to do anything to the garage door. Stu was very knowledgable, informative, and friendly. He didn't seem like he was just trying to get us to spend money, but in the long run that we were doing the right thing. Your motto " We fix garage doors right " made sense. We didn't check around with the competition but you had done work for us before. You had the parts to get the job done right then and there. I felt confident that Stu would do a good job and that your company would stand behind it. I hope my comments are helpful.
