I reached out to Precision because it's veteran owned. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I found the culprit Saturday morning when I couldn't get out of my garage. I was worried because it was a Saturday, not knowing if we needed to wait until Monday. There was a Saturday opening. Mario showed up and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . He answered all my questions, and did a great job. I was pleased to find out we had a 3 warranty. I will recommend Precision to everyone! Thank you!! Todd & Toni Bethke

After several years the opener failed on Sunday. Called Precision at 6:46am on Monday and received a time slot of 12 to 4 same day. Colin installed a new belt drive, Genie opener and helped us connect our vehicles all in less than two hours. Excellent timing, answered all our questions and did a super job. If the problem is a garage door just call Precision. Problem solved!

I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

On Saturday, we accidentally tried to use the electric garage door while the door was locked...and pulled the brace out of the door. Set an appointment online for the following Monday morning. Jaxs and Joe showed up right on time and took just a few minutes to determine a plan of action. Went to their truck pulled the right parts and had the door running again in less than 30 minutes! Excellent job! Reasonable price! Very nice, knowledgeable technicians! Would highly recommend!

We recently had our garage door, including tracks, torsion springs, and the opener replaced by Precision. We are 100% satisfied with the materials, the installation, and the clean-up. The techs that do the real work of the installation were great! They were personable, hard-working, and effective. If I needed a new hands-on field employee, who had to make a positive impression on my clients, I might try to steal someone from Precision (and I’d start with Shawn). Well done!

Tech claimed that I needed a new spring system and low profile track. I was informed that it only came with a new door. Cost would’ve been between 3 & 6 thousand. Everything was new, paid 4 thousand at Menards, for a door that I purchased last summer, however I couldn’t complete due to an injury. It’s remarkable that I called a local company, who installed their own parts for 500 dollars! Works great, with a warranty! Precision wanted to sell me a new door! What a ridiculous scam! You guys are simply thieves! Trust me, I’ll be telling a lot of people! Girlfriend is an Architect who works for a large construction firm in the Milwaukee area, knows a lot of clients! Nice job!

I called because my garage door fell off the track and was significantly damaged. The tech was able to come out the same day which was amazing! The quote to fix was very high so I decided to replace the door. I received a quote and decided to go with the company. I called 6 times and left messages. One with a person and the other 5 on a recording. I have not received a call back. They have lost my business.

About six years ago, we used Precision to repair a broken spring, and they were excellent. My experience today was no different. Some parts (rollers) of my garage door were beginning to show signs of wear and age. Precision was available within 24-hours to come out and service my door. The technicians were prompt, courteous, clean, and very forthcoming about costs. Three plans were offered to address my needs, from the lowest-cost bare-bones fix to a mid-grade plan and a premium service plan. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or scare tactics. Simple explanations, and the decision was all mine from there. Highly recommend this company.

Our old garage door opener died a sudden and quick death. Precision was recommended to us by a neighbor. Jaxs was our tech. He was knowledgeable, explained the options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. Once the new garage door opener was chosen it took about an hour to uninstall the old unit, then install the new Genie unit. Once installed Jaxs gave me a quick walk thru detailing what he'd done, showing me the ins/outs of the new unit, etc. We love it! So much more quiet than our old opener. Jaxs was personable and did a good job of getting to know me in a short amount of time - this comes from someone who was in sales for 35+ years. I'd recommend Precision to anyone and Jaxs as well. I am a returning customer and I continue to be impressed with the speed and friendliness of the people I dealt with. From the phone call to set up the service to the repairman who arrived the same day I was happy for their attention to my issue. The repairman, Jaxon, was pleasant and efficient in accessing the damage and offering suggestions. When it became apparent that we'd need a new garage door, he called the sales person and set up an appointment for the next day. Todd, the salesman, arrived as scheduled and after reviewing the site offered suggestions and showed examples for a replacement. He explained the differences and was candid about the pricing. There was no pressure at all. The only negative, and it isn't their fault, is that we had to order the door and the company that makes the doors doesn't provide a timeline for how long it will take other than "around a month." That's frustrating for them and for the buyer. That said, I can not speak highly enough about the service provided. We're anxious to get our new door and confident we will be pleased.
