I chose Precision Overhead Door due to the solid reviews that I read online and my associates. The company did not disappoint. My garage door had gotten stuck a few times and being about 14 years old, I knew I’d better get it inspected. Mario, the service tech was very professional and didn’t try to upsell. He stated the issues that needed addressing and made a few suggestions. The door itself was in great shape but due to its age, springs and bearings would give it a much longer shelf life. The quote was very competitive and the work performed was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good words about Mario. Thanks to him and Precision Garage Door. I will utilize their services when needed again.

I had previously had a new garage door and opener installed at my home by Precision and the service was fantastic. I currently was having internet/wi-fi issues with the connectivity to my opener and camera. My service tech Mario went the extra mile researching and solving the issues. He gave me a tutorial on how to reprogram the keypad, remotes, the control panel itself, and how to navigate the MyQ app. Outstanding service.

Colin was very forward on telling me that everything was working properly on my garage door. The door did not need any adjustments or a bottom seal. All Colin did was use a flash light to look at things. He did not use any sprays or lubricants. Yet I was charged $15 for "Environmental15-Enviromental Surcharge-Environmental/Maintenance". WHY?

Service tech arrived within the time window and called ahead he was on way. He checked our current door, opener and parts and said he could do the 25 pt inspection and if we wanted a new opener for our current door...he gave all prices of models and cost of everything and that he could do all work today. He completed the entire job in a timely manner and said that our door..springs etc were all in good shape for a new opener. Very polite service tech and he answered all my questions. I will recommend to friends about Precision Door Service. As they say on tv..no doors should be noisy..now this one is super quiet. Thanks

I was very pleased and impressed with the work of Technician Ahmad Perkins who fixed my aging garage door by replacing the springs, door opener and several other out dated parts. A true professional, Ahmad took the time to answer all my questions as well as engage in some very interesting conversation. When he left I felt like I had just made a new friend! My spring broke at 9:30pm at night- I was able to book an appointment for 10am the next morning. The technician called mat at 8am, saying he was ahead of schedule, if I was home he could come right over. My whole problem was fixed within an hour, and no additional fees for it being the weekend. The technician provided all the details, answered all my questions, and left everything clean and in working order. I would absolutely recommend Precision again. I was very happy with the service and communication from the tech and the company as a whole.

I reached out to Precision because it's veteran owned. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I found the culprit Saturday morning when I couldn't get out of my garage. I was worried because it was a Saturday, not knowing if we needed to wait until Monday. There was a Saturday opening. Mario showed up and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . After several years the opener failed on Sunday. Called Precision at 6:46am on Monday and received a time slot of 12 to 4 same day. Colin installed a new belt drive, Genie opener and helped us connect our vehicles all in less than two hours. Excellent timing, answered all our questions and did a super job. If the problem is a garage door just call Precision. Problem solved!

I called in the morning and spoke with a human (local, and didn't need to leave a message on a machine)! I needed to have the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. I was able to get same day service, and it was done within three hours of my initial call. Great service and very professional!

On Saturday, we accidentally tried to use the electric garage door while the door was locked...and pulled the brace out of the door. Set an appointment online for the following Monday morning. Jaxs and Joe showed up right on time and took just a few minutes to determine a plan of action. Went to their truck pulled the right parts and had the door running again in less than 30 minutes! Excellent job! Reasonable price! Very nice, knowledgeable technicians! Would highly recommend!
