I had been without the use of the garage door opener for a couple days so am very happy with the new unit installed. I had no idea however that the cost in the flyer I received by mail was the LOWEST price @$649 and that there were no other options except 2 MORE expensive options. I definitely would have called around had I known this.

The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. Thanks to everyone involved in the company.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I got quotes from several garage door companies in and around Milwaukee and Precision Garage Door Service of Milwaukee had the best price and warranty. Todd was amazing to work with on the sales side, scheduling was hassle free and kudos to Shawn, and his partner technician who did a great job on the installation despite it being one of the coldest days of the year.

Buyer beware. I'm not sure if there is new ownership or something...but I had a garage door drive installed by them a few years ago and they had the most competitive pricing around, they were prompt, and were easy to deal with....fast forward to this weekend...and I was told I was on the schedule for Saturday...until I wasn't...now Monday between 4-6...ok...I'll deal....then the tech tries to call to say he is early...and when I try to call back...I am directed back to central scheduling...then when he finally does arrive, I'm presented with a good, better, best quote ranging from $1,050, to $1,500+, to nearly $2,000...for 2 springs and a garage service...I immediately call 2 local independent places and get a quote for $450 and $400 flat over the phone...both have availability today. So I kindly send the guy home....minus a $70 service call out fee that is coming my way....Very disappointed with my experience. They seem to be cashing in on people that turn them away for the $70 while profiting heavily on the ones that just say yes...I'd stay with local independent garage service....the service fee will be higher....but the prices are much more reasonable.

Craig was on time. He called to confirm his arrival. The job was well done. He explained everything. My rural driveway had some drifting issues. He got stuck. I have a pickup truck. I got stuck helping him out. We eventually got each other unstuck. He was very good natured about the whole fiasco.

There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.

I’m extremely impressed with the service from Precision Overhead Door, I called them with my garage door issues and I was originally given a late afternoon appointment time. The technician called me within two hours after I had called and was on his way to fix my door. The technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. Jax was extremely professional and helpful. He took a look at our door that had just been backed into and was able to get it functioning again with lubricant. Also he didn’t charge us the trip fee given it didn’t require much to get working and we are looking to just replace the door anyway. Great experience and look forward to picking out a new door!

Precision installed our garage door and opener about 8 years ago. After 8 years the sensors were not working. Kurt the service person arrived and quickly identified the problem. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He gave me several choices to choose from which was appreciated. Kurt replaced the sensors and adjusted the spring. Overall he did a great job. I will continue to use Precision anytime the need arises in the future.

Loose ceiling brackets supporting EDO. Nervous that entire unit might collapse on car at any moment.Fast response from Precision on a Sunday afternoon. Ahmad was great in installing stronger bracket and also fixing loose lighting mechanism. Great service and at a reasonable price

The service provided was good. The technician (Jacks/Matthew) did a nice job explaining the different repair options and benefits of each. The work was done efficiently and my door is operating well. The reason it is not a 5 star review has to do with timeliness. My appointment window was 8 am to noon and nobody contacted me until after noon and after I contacted Precision. Overall the work was not done until after 2 pm. I had to adjust my work schedule to make this work. No additional discount was offered due to this schedule delay which is disappointing.
