Precision installed our garage door and opener about 8 years ago. After 8 years the sensors were not working. Kurt the service person arrived and quickly identified the problem. Kurt was very friendly and professional. He gave me several choices to choose from which was appreciated. Kurt replaced the sensors and adjusted the spring. Overall he did a great job. I will continue to use Precision anytime the need arises in the future.

The service provided was good. The technician (Jacks/Matthew) did a nice job explaining the different repair options and benefits of each. The work was done efficiently and my door is operating well. The reason it is not a 5 star review has to do with timeliness. My appointment window was 8 am to noon and nobody contacted me until after noon and after I contacted Precision. Overall the work was not done until after 2 pm. I had to adjust my work schedule to make this work. No additional discount was offered due to this schedule delay which is disappointing.

I called Precision Door Service because they had worked on my garage door before and did a good job. I called this time because my garage door would not close. They sent a repair person the same day I called. He was Mario. He arrived earlier than when they said he would, but had called before to say that he would and I agreed. He repaired my door eyes in less than an hour and did a good job. The door works fine now.

Not only did he explain what was causing the problem but what we could do to avoid this situation it in the future.
