Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job getting our garage door back in great condition. Getting the text reminder of the service was very helpful and I specially appreciated when the service guy was on his way out that they sent a picture and his name. Our repair guy, Joseph was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Besides replacing the obviously broken spring he checked other parts and found that a cable needed to be replaced that was quite badly frayed and would not have lasted much longer. He had everything in his well stocked truck to make the job quick. He completed the repair in less than 40 minutes, finishing off with a quick lube of everything.

I had an emergency situation late Saturday night and called Precision hoping for an "angel" to be available to repair my garage door. Understandingly, no one was available at that hour of the night. However, Precision did have a tech at my door before 9:00 AM Sunday. His name was Colin. A true professional as he took my information and quickly did an assessment of the situation, gave me several options, the cost and together, we made a decision on the repair. Couldn't be more pleased with Colin and of course Precision Garage Door Repair.

Was glad Precision was able to have someone come out and look at my garage door quickly as it would not open. Called around 5pm and someone was there by 11am the next day. Mario arrived early in the designated time frame and he was great! He inspected the garage door and recommended different options of what he could do along with the cost of each option. He replaced my garage door opener in a timely manner and when he was done went over everything that was installed and how everything worked.

Fantastic work. However seems very expensive for 20 minutes of work. "475 dollars". Okay, I would use precision door again.However, I am diligently searching for a competitor that's less expensive right now prior to my next garage door breakdown.

I had been without the use of the garage door opener for a couple days so am very happy with the new unit installed. I had no idea however that the cost in the flyer I received by mail was the LOWEST price @$649 and that there were no other options except 2 MORE expensive options. I definitely would have called around had I known this.

The appointment was set up by my daughter as I was out of town, my usual garage door repair was unable to provide service for more than a week so she checked around and found you. I was e mailed a service window for 2 days later and was contacted by Mario to finalize the actual time. He was on time called to let me know he looed at the issue and provided 2 quotes for the job we choose the more expensive route with a 7 year warrantee. Mario called when the job was complete, he was very professional and personable and very enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend and you will be my go to guys going forward. If I could give more than five stars, I would! I got quotes from several garage door companies in and around Milwaukee and Precision Garage Door Service of Milwaukee had the best price and warranty. Todd was amazing to work with on the sales side, scheduling was hassle free and kudos to Shawn, and his partner technician who did a great job on the installation despite it being one of the coldest days of the year.

Buyer beware. I'm not sure if there is new ownership or something...but I had a garage door drive installed by them a few years ago and they had the most competitive pricing around, they were prompt, and were easy to deal with....fast forward to this weekend...and I was told I was on the schedule for Saturday...until I wasn't...now Monday between 4-6...ok...I'll deal....then the tech tries to call to say he is early...and when I try to call back...I am directed back to central scheduling...then when he finally does arrive, I'm presented with a good, better, best quote ranging from $1,050, to $1,500+, to nearly $2,000...for 2 springs and a garage service...I immediately call 2 local independent places and get a quote for $450 and $400 flat over the phone...both have availability today. So I kindly send the guy home....minus a $70 service call out fee that is coming my way....Very disappointed with my experience. They seem to be cashing in on people that turn them away for the $70 while profiting heavily on the ones that just say yes...I'd stay with local independent garage service....the service fee will be higher....but the prices are much more reasonable.

Craig was on time. He called to confirm his arrival. The job was well done. He explained everything. My rural driveway had some drifting issues. He got stuck. I have a pickup truck. I got stuck helping him out. We eventually got each other unstuck. He was very good natured about the whole fiasco.

There is nothing worse than needing to get to work and the garage door does not open on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Precision that day because they were one of 3 coupons I had saved from a summertime mailing. When I called , the receptionist was very polite and handled the call professionally and efficiently and scheduled the repair for the late afternoon. She sent me email and text confirmations and the technician, Mario also called and texted with confirmation of the appt and included his photo so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived on time and explained the problem and was very polite, friendly and clear when explaining my options for solving the problem. He completed the job in the time he projected . I would contact Precision if I need help in the future

Could not be happier with this company. They were here quickly and gave us options to choose from and explained the differences between the options. The installer was courteous and went about his business and had the job done within 90 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for garage related services ! We had a new garage door opener replaced and the rollers on the garage door were replaced as well. The system works so well that the dogs don't even hear us coming - it is that quiet.
