When I called yesterday the CSR was helpful and got somebody lined up to come out the next day between 8:00 am and noon. Marion showed up at about 8:30 am, went through the repair job and showed me not only what he would do to fix the door but also what else I should consider having him repair before it caused more problems. He was friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and did an excellent job. He worked fast and had the job done within an hour. If I need more work done, I will definitely call these guys and I will definitely ask for Mario.

We had an avcident that caused damage to our garage door and front panneling. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment same day within 30 minutes of my call! Very lucky. Ahmad was very professional during our emergency call. He provided solutions and helped determine next steps for repair, even though it ended up being an issue with foundation rather than the door itself. He provided further assistance in recommendations for future work on the door and running track once the foundation issue is fixed. Would definitely recommend Precision! Thanks, Ahmad!
