Having trouble with the bottom of my garage door coming apart, I called Precision late morning for a service call for options and estimate. First, I liked the fact that you offered 24 hour call service. I called after most company's business hours and actually spoke with a person - not a machine. Second, during the phone call they set up an appointment for first think the next day. Third, the service technician (Colin) was on time, reviewed the issue with my garage door, offered a few options, and started and finished the work within a little over an hour. I would use them again (if for only general maintenance) and to recommend using their service.

The service tech was prompt, courteous and professional in solving the issue. Gold Star! The only issue I have is that we were able to diagnose the problem on our own...we knew that the problem was with the opener pad attached to a wall near our entry way but could not just purchase a new one and install it ourselves. This was two simple wires to attached and solve the problem if we could have had access to a new part. That option was even asked in setting up the appointment but denied. It must be a service call and installed by the technician or nothing. Not the best.

My experience with Precision was great. I had a broken spring & two bad cables on my garage door on a Friday night. I called Precision because I liked the commercials & how the people in the commercials talked about the company. They came out on Saturday by 2pm. Matthew was the repair man. He was so friendly & informative & professional. He replaced both springs , two cables & three bearings. In about 1-1/2 hours he was done. The garage was spotless & the door works great. Had an issue with our garage door where the spring broke and cables frayed and loose. Called Precision and got service the next day (and on a SUNDAY!). Our super skilled technician Jaxs was awesome - explained in detail the issue, parts needed to be replaced, took photos, and walked us through the several plan options to resolve the issue. He spent a lot of time assuring we understood what was involved and had superior expertise in the functionality of garage doors. We had great confidence in his recommendation and now have again a functional garage door that is safe and reliable! In addition, the invoice also included the before and after photos. Highly recommended !!! Would call this company again.
